Friendly, accommodating hosts. Lovely breakfast spread. Peaceful, rural setting with lovely views and lots of sunshine. Spacious, comfortable, modern room with everything you need. The staff did our laundry for an extra fee and folded everything so nicely.

If driving on dirt roads intimidates you or if you want to be in a town, this isn’t the place for you. One thing that would make the rooms a 10 would be screens on the windows and patio door. We wanted to let the cool night air in but there were mosquitos, so we had to close everything up.

The rural location. Owners and staff friendly and approachable, nothing too much trouble for them. The scenic views from our balcony and from the communal areas. A relaxed and comfortable lovely place to stay and exceptionally clean. The owners family dogs were so well behaved it was a joy to see them. Antonio's omelettes have to be had for breakfast - yummy. We didn't want to leave but have to get back to the UK.

To be honest we can say there is nothing we didn't like about the place.

Antonio was a fabulous host. At the end of our first day we really wanted a bottle of wine looking out at the fabulous view from the balcony in our bedroom. We were able to buy a delicious bottle of Vino Verde from him. The breakfast was amazing, the dining room was beautifully decorated with some stunning mid century furniture and fabulous views. Our light and spacious bedroom and bathroom were spotless. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Antonio and Maria were excellent hosts. Extremely kind and convivial. Antonio helped arrange our airport transfer. He also gave us suggestions for day trips which we really enjoyed. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The best place I have ever stayed for cleanliness. They were also well furnished. Breakfast was delicious. Antonio served us omelettes made from his chickens eggs. Duke and Bart were excellent hosts too! 🐾

The staff was quite friendly and engaging. Especially during breakfast, was always checking if we were okay or wanted something else. There were a lot of different options for breakfast. Overall the property is quite pretty, and in a very quiet area with a nice view.

The road leading to the property is quite narrow so you need to pay attention. You cannot use sunscreen if using the pool which for some people (like my son who is very sensitive to the sun) is not really feasible.

The breakfast was the best as Antonio put out a very generous spread which included freshly squeezed orange juice and squash marmalade/jam he made himself as well as yummy cheeses, breads, cold cuts, fresh fruit and dessert. It was our favourite part of the day and just an excellent start to every day. Antonio also checked in to make sure we had things organized and he was always helpful to give us additional information.

It was a bit far from attractions, which made it a bit challenging to get an Uber driver to come get us or drop us off. We were told, it was a good thing it’s low season (February). Other than that, we would go back to stay in this property.

I will miss the lovely breakfasts sitting out on the terrace looking at the amazing view. Such a relaxing spot with much wildlife to enjoy. The owners friendly dogs kept us entertained when we drank our cool beers in the evenings watching the sun go down.

A few mosquitos at night, so remember to shut your doors and windows.

Pretty much everything! An elevated site with great views of the surrounding countryside. Spacious accommodation with plenty of wardrobe space ( I take a lot of clothes on holiday!). Great pool & a raised terrace with table tennis table. The breakfast area is in a fabulous building & the breakfasts are generous. Cereal/yoghurt/fresh fruit/meat & cheese platter/ bread , butter & preserve plus delicious home made cake/pastry ( a different one each day!). The owners are delightful & bend over backwards to be helpful.

It took us a while to get the TV to work properly & we wanted to watch the Tour de France& the women’s Euro’s.

A beautiful place to stay,had everything we needed,spotless clean,Antonio was an excellent host,had a great breakfast ready every morning and went out of his way to make sandwiches when we arrived late the first night,really enjoyed the company of the dogs Bart and Duke

The room was well equipped, comfortable, modern and had a fantastic view over the countryside. Antonio was helpful,welcoming and provided a great breakfast in a room with a lovely view. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and sunbeds by the pool where there was good wi fi. Even the 2 dogs seemed pleased to see us.

We were glad to arrive in the daylight and use the instructions sent and very pleased to see the sign from the main road from Estoi as it would have been hard to find in the dark. Otherwise everything exceeded our expectations.
