Very spacious room & en-suite bathroom with in room dining area, 2 seater sofa & armchair. Excellent cooked breakfast served to us in our room. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented room with stylish decor and furnishing in keeping with this period property. A mini fridge stocked with fresh milk, fruit juice and a complimentary mini bottle of red & white wine is provided, as well as a selection of cereals and biscuits, in addition to the usual tea/coffee making facilities. Overall the facilities were excellent and exceeded our expectations! Mark & Monique were excellent hosts.

Mark and Monique are great hosts, very friendly Wine and cookies left on arrival thoughtful gesture The Toulouse room was really spacious, clean, bed comfy , fab shower The fridge in the room stocked with water, orange juice , milk etc Relaxed breakfast in the room bought by a smiling mark each morning , food lively and fresh ( the overnight oats were amazing ) Beautiful little private garden at the back, sat out here to read my book , very peaceful and off road parking helpful too We would stay here again if we return to seahouses There are lots of places to visit

We had a wonderful stay in the Palm Room at Slate Hall . The bed was really comfortable , and we had everything we needed in the room . The breakfasts were brought up to the room each morning and that really worked really well . The breakfasts were really delicious too ! Mark and Monique were super hosts - so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them . It was a pleasure to meet them . The house was situated about 12 or so minutes walk into town which was perfect ...nice and quiet , but the sea and lots of places to eat nearby . We highly recommend staying in this delightful house in such a beautiful part of the world .

Liked everything !

First of all the entrance was beautiful, and I was really amazed when I got to my room. So well thought out and beautifully presented (My room was called the Palm Room.) It has a table and chairs as they deliver your choice of cooked breakfast to your door at exactly the time you put down.. my Poached eggs were fab. The Bed was huge and so comfy and you are away from the huddle of Seahouses Centre, but only a 20 min walk into the centre - allowing you to walk off the pizza and beer you have just had. Really enjoyed my visit - a real gem!!! Monique and her Husband are the sweetest and friendliest hosts I think I have had!!

We had a wonderful stay in the Palm Room – colourful, very comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. The bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep, with good storage and a well-equipped en-suite. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast – always beautifully cooked with generous portions – and we really appreciated having it delivered to our room at our chosen time. It made for such a relaxed start to each day. The tea and coffee facilities were excellent, with a great range of beverages, and having access to a fridge just outside the room was really handy – a very well-thought-out setup. The private parking was also very convenient. The location is fantastic – within walking distance of Seahouses and just over five minutes from beautiful Bamburgh, making it a great base for exploring the area. Mark and Monique were amazing hosts – warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed for two nights to explore local area. Property is a ten minute walk to seafront and pubs and has off road parking at rear of property. Hosts were very welcoming and room was well presented and clean with an ensuite shower room. Complimentary wine and biscuits are a nice touch ! A pre ordered ,tasty cooked beeakfast was brought up to our room to eat at table provided in room. Cereals, milk juice in small fridge and hot drink facilities all provided for you to enjoy a private breakfast without the awkward good mornings with other guests! Would definately stay here again if we return to this beautiful oart of Northumberland.

The property is well located about 15 minutes walk into sea house . The room was perfect , very clean and the bed was really comfortable. There is a table in the room with 2 chairs. Very clean en suite and decent shower . There is a private walled garden we were told we could use . You get breakfast , which was lovely , served up to your room which we thought was lovely , so you can just chill when having breakfast rather than having to get ready to go to a dinning room . The hosts were very helpful with good knowledge of the area .

Nothing not to like .

We were greeted by the lovely hosts Mark and Monique. We were in the Snuggery, which was separate from the hotel, and it had everything we needed for our stay.The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. We loved that it had 2 chairs so that we didn't have to sit on the bed the whole time. The kitchenette had everything we needed. It even had an airfryer. The area was very peaceful. It was a lovely walk to Seahouses. From there, we walked along Bamburgh Beach and back. The next day to Beadnell. We definitely recommend a stay at Slate Hall.

Our hosts, Monique and Mark, we're friendly and helpful and we're willing to go that extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We would recommend without reservation.

We had booked the self catering studio for 5 nights and found the total accommodation rather bijoux and we had to be creative with the space. The room was spotlessly clean and the cooking facilities included an air fryer which was a bonus. Ensuite shower room high quality. Our disappointment was that we'd not booked the bed and breakfast option which must be superb combined with such great hosts and is certainly what we intend to do next time we visit!

Beautiful spacious room, so much thought has gone into providing guests with a comfortable stay. Tasteful "Royal " themed furnishings and decor including plenty of storage and the centrepiece, a huge, super comfortable bed. Our bathroom was equally as impressive with a fabulous shower and fluffy towels, everything sparkling clean. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to perfection and served in our room by the lovely friendly hosts. There is off street parking, good internet signal and the property is on a quiet residential street . Now that we have discovered Slate Hall , I can't imagine staying anywhere else at Seahouses.
