Friendly staff, clean rooms, 2 decent size pools & a huge hot tub, good location

a resort fee came out of my deposit ( I thought all of the fees was already paid when I booked) also theres a fee for parking they offer valet parking for a fee. you can also park yourself in a parking lot across the road & I believe it was $20/day. I thought we would be on the boardwalk however the boardwalk was around a mile away.

It was my birthday trip. I received a card, slice of cakes w/strawberries garnish, and 2 tickets for free drinks delivered to my room. Was not expected. Everyone was accommodating. Wings at Sessions are to die for. Also received a card from the front desk to receive free appetizers at RipTide. I love the music icon displays throughout the hotel. The request to have a guitar, record player w/vinyl records and microwave delivered to your room to use during your entire stay, for free was awesome. Will definitely re-book. Oh and I love the risk band key. No loosing or swiping a card. Awesome idea!

Not enough restaurants at the hotel. The menu was limited. I'm from Maryland so the crab cakes were not to my liking.

The newness of the hotel and the perfect location on the beach it’s just that the other hotels and surrounding area like the restaurants and shops could use a big facelift to draw in more people to enjoy the city of Daytona Moore. I must say Daytona Beach surrounding areas where the hotels are has went down and thank God for the hard rock hotel other than that I would never stay overnight there in that city, but because of the hard rock hotel being one of the newest and best hotel around there I would recommend anyone to stay there and the staff was just phenomenal. I will return to the hard rock hotel at Daytona Beach.

The cleaners and the kindness of staff as well as the free concert.

The staff are amazing, so polite, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Our room (seaview) was amazing - beds very comfortable. The food and menu is excellent - lots of variety and very good quality. Everything in the hotel seems to work smoothly almost like clockwork. We were very happy with our stay overall.

Whilst we loved this hotel - we found it hard to talk with each other in the restaurant (Sessions) as the live music was just too loud. Whilst appreciating this is a Hard Rock Hotel and we visited during Bike Week (October) which added extra noise from noise competitions - the very loud live music spoils the ambiance and enjoyment of the food and friends. Even the staff mentioned that the music was too loud and they couldn't be heard easily. It just needs turning down a little - so people can talk to each other and enjoy the music.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite which we were very grateful for, live music was good overall , the position of the hotel on the coast is amazing and what a beach Staff around the pool area were very good and attentive

The only thing I can think of is there isn’t a crossing in the road from the first carpark to the hotel , we had to walk further down to cross , this probably a thing you don’t have any say about but it was the only thing that we thought it could have been made easier

From the moment we arrived here at the Hard Rock Hotel, the staff was simply amazing. From unloading our luggage to valet parking with the guy named Turner to the front desk full of welcoming us & Macey with full of information about the hotel activities with Amina and Rita! Gratitude to Paul for taking our picture. This was our dog Macey's first trip. This trip was so special to us because my husband has been fighting stage 4 metastatic colon cancer for 4 years now. Dawn, the lady at the gift shop helped us out by picking out some matching apparel and a matching shirt for Macey. The biggest shout-out goes to Amina and Rita.These ladies made our trip so special for us and Macey. Amina went overboard for all of us. Shirley from the restaurant made it so special for us to sit outside infront of a bon fire with our dog Macey. Everyone here with the staff made it a rememberable experience. This hotel deserves 5 stars! This place is a must stay. We will be coming back for sure and The Hard Rock Hotel is Macey approved.

Everyone was professional and helpful. The rooms were super nice bed wasn't that comfortable but not terrible. We went because of Wild Child we are friends of theirs. We didn't know we got in free to the concert maybe let people know when booking. And the VIP we purchased I didn't understand being placed on the sides when they would talk you couldn't understand anything the singing Wes amazing but from where we were we couldn't even see her sing and I just love to watch her . 2 other couples left way early cause they couldn't hear anything. I was very unhappy about that nut everything else was fabulous.

Just the placement of the VIP in the concert was terrible couldn't hear when talking and couldn't see them playing at all just a few on the side where we were table 31 I think was our table please rethink this for future concerts

I actually LOVE this hotel - comfortable beds / pillows, great fitness center, awesome pool deck, great beach location, good staff.

I do have an issue with the room location - wanted a high floor, but was on the same level as the concert floor. THUS, when we woke up in the morning, sometimes there was melon on our "patio", sometimes broken glass, etc. So if this room is to be offered to guests, high standards for safety and cleanliness must be implemented. Perhaps after a concert, do a scan to see if there is garbage or broken glass on those patios/balconies. Yes, you can see the concert, but for me, those hazards aren't worth it!

Very friendly staff. The ambiance was lively and fun, there was always something to do around the hotel. Live entertainment at night, the restaurant, the pool, or just walking through the hotel and looking at the rock star memorabilia. It was a great stay.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room or in a common area. We did ask for one, that they sent up to us. But even then it was no where to plug it up besides next to the tv. Which in my opinion looked tacky. I think having a designated area with amenities like a microwave would have been appropriate on a couple floors throughout the hotel, since they’re not put in individual rooms.

The Valet was great upon check in and out. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and ready quickly, although the servers were slow to approach the table to take my order, but very nice once they arrived. The place looked and smelled lovely. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I slept like a rock. (A Hard Rock).

I went there to see the beach and the rooms facing the beach were a lot more money. The service fees and taxes were so expensive that I could not upgrade. It was not easy to get to the sand without a lot of steps and detours. Our room faced the street, which was a bit loud, rather than listening to the ocean waves. The music was a bit loud, even though I love music. Late check-out is extra money and it is ok for one night.
