I had the good fortune to make my Cookeville business with Extended Stay in Cookeville .Their affordable prices are blinding. I mean you save so much money staying with extended stay...you have money left over to spend on other things it's hard to decide on what...FOOD OF COURSE We'll right at the end of the driveway ...it depends on whether you turn left or right when going in search...either way you turn there at least 12 fast food restaurants...like hamburgers Roast beef...steak ...fish...well you can imagine what on at l east 12 restaurants menus. But if you have a stove top in you room and want to cook...Wal-Mart. SAVE ALOT ...KROGERS AND OTHER FOOD STORES are within 5 miles . So with the money you save staying at Extended Stay... The rooms are soon comfortable bed with remote control TV and many stations to choose from... Well what do you reckon...yea that's right Extended Stay is the place to stay in Cookeville ...you owe it to yourself make you booking now...who knows we might just meet up on the way to a restaurant.... I am going to make bookings soon I hope you do as well. Thank you Extended Stay.

I don't like the ideal that I forgot to check the large refrigerator. I know I left food in it. Next time I will write myself a reminder note to check refrigerator. Everything about staying at Extended Stay us as good as it gets.

The room is a nice size and clean. The beds are comfortable. The full size refrigerator was clean and cold. The bathroom was clean and adorable. Didn't hardly hear anyone and didn't hear but a couple of sirens. The staff are very sweet and friendly. If i have to stay at a motel again this is the one I would choose.

The room above my room and on the right side was kinda loud and kept moving furniture around.

The room was clean the beds and pillows were soft. The shower was hot and stayed hot for three people to shower. They had a full size fridge and kitchen in kitchenette. The rates were good it was 60 a night from the site I used and there weekly rates are 400. Monthly is 1200 they are also pet friendly. Also there was no one creeping outside your room.

They didnt have stove in the the kitchen we had for our rate but they did say they had some rooms with a stove in them.

First of all, it was affordable. This prompted me to expect much less than what I found there. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooms I and my family stayed in had not been renovated but were still so nice. no shiny bells and whistles from Home and Garden Magazine but a pleasantly comfortable, cozy room. The bathroom was nice, bright and clean. The people were friendly. helpful and patient as my nephews locked the keycards in the room on more than one occasion and I did myself once. We were never met without a friendly smile and quick replacement. The location is good, too.

The pillows were nice but thick, firm pillows. I like thin, twistable pillows but this is just a personal preference and not a complaint. The rest of my family was very comfortable with them.

You have to get to the rooms from outside which makes unloading and loading easier. The pool goes from 3 ft to 9 ft which is perfect for everyone to enjoy. The rooms have standard size fridges. Cold AC. This extended stay was perfect for price.

Everything was perfect for the price and how friendly staff was. Nothing to complain about.

Liked low cost and ease of booking and check in. Quick and easy process. Also, very kind staff and promptly got us more towels when we requested. Rooms are big and open, with no carpet thankfully (at least in the rooms I've had). Nice, large "kitchen" sink in the room as well.

It was for the most part clean, but could have been cleaner. For the price though it wasn't bad at all. It was much better than I expected.

Good value, good basic facilities

Bathroom ceiling needed heavily rusted ceiling tile metal framing replaced and discolored tiles painted or replaced Parking lot had 1-2 cigarette butts per square foot Pool had thick layer of dirt at waterline Office needed a sign visible to drivers identifying it as OFFICE NO Coffee available

They had remodeled new floors, counters with larger refrigerators and bigger sink

But they didn't remodel bathroom, still had old dirty tiles, toilet would hardly flush, phone didn't work and horrible water pressure the AC only worked good part time and no where to hang clothes, this room may have not been finished I understand that but I ask for non smoking and clearly I am

Firstly the staff. They were prompt to assist with any request. Second, the rooms all have full size refrigerators and large kitchen sinks. Some of the rooms have 2 burner stoves!

Knocks on the door when I was sleeping or in a meeting. Door hangers with, do not disturb would be my recomendation.

Asha the manager is the best!! Our room was perfect and cleaned regularly. The kitchenette was great. A full size fridge with cook top that boiled a full pot of water in minutes!!

There was nothing that we didn't like. It was all perfect.
