Room was great. Clean, very spacious. Plenty of air and light. Not any bad smells to mention. Bathroom was clean. Its in a quiet neighborhood and the living houselady is super helpful and does not bother you at all. All amenities work.

It might be a little off course of the center in Madrid but Madrid is very well connected with public transport so no issue there.

Apartment itself is so nice, garden chilly.

the house is nice, old style and decent, the garden needs a bit of love to make it beautiful tho. I accessed the washing machine and dried the clothes outside during a hot day so they were perfect, the hostess is very kind and friendly and diligently looks after the rooms

it is not soundproof not does it have any “view” as advertised, I shared it with some very rude people who stomped, talked too loud and were smoking weed indoors :/

The location was great because I needed to catch a very early morning flight the next day. The hotel is 10min away from O’Donnell station, one of the few stops of the nightly AirPort Express Bus N27.

My room didn’t have AC and it was baking hot in there.

It has a lovely garden, very good for a stay with pets. The personal was very nice!

Our bedroom was one floor by stairs and with big luggage it was not that comfortable since we spend only one night. The shared bathroom it is not the most comfortable either.

The location was quite good, we were there for a concert and it was near the Wizink center.

The location was really good, 5 min walk to a red line station (one of the most centris lines in Madrid) and 15/20 min by bus from Atocha. Common space looked clean. Bed was big and comfy.

It was hard to get in. There were not the keys where they were supposed to be, thankfully a really nice staff was there. Told me to leave lugagge on the kitchen or garden but that’s a common space so it’s not safe. After insisting, they brough them in the one that was supposed to be my room and when I cameback for check-in the bags were in the wrong room. Our room smelled like humid, was right next to the bathroom (people were showering at 3am and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep) and window was broken.
