The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It truly felt like a Greek experience – fresh, flavorful, and full of variety. From the warm, crispy spanakopita and fluffy pita bread to the olives, feta, and ripe tomatoes, every bite tasted authentic and delicious. The yogurt with honey and nuts was a perfect touch, and the coffee was strong and aromatic, just as it should be in Greece. The presentation was simple yet elegant, and the atmosphere made it feel like enjoying breakfast in a local Greek home. A perfect start to the day – fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. We stayed at this hotel in Chania, Crete, and our experience was truly amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is very beautiful, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, with everything designed to make guests feel relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us the warmest welcome. They are incredibly kind, polite, and hardworking, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Their attention to detail is impressive — we honestly felt like we were the only guests there because of the way they took care of us. The breakfast was one of the highlights: very tasty, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and everything was fresh, well-prepared, and very clean. The hotel also offers different activities for all ages, and it was wonderful to see how much effort the team puts into keeping guests entertained and happy. Whether relaxing at the hotel or joining activities, there was always something enjoyable to do. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The combination of a beautiful hotel, excellent service, delicious food, fun activities, and a perfect location made this a fantastic experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania. I will also tell my friends about it, because it is truly a place worth staying at. Very nice hotel. With many facilities

The hotel wasn't very clean. The room wasn't clean . We found a lot of staff of previous tenants in the room and also the floor wasn't clean. Also, the hotel is old and is lacking of maintenance.

We really loved the fact that we received a full apartment in one of the new buildings. It was spatious enough for us and the two kids. The apartment had a small stove where we could heat up things or even cook. The grounds are very pretty, the pools are exceptional especially the infinity pool. There are quite a few entertainment options. The kids loved the water aerobics. The food (we only had breakfast here since we went sight seeing during the day and ate in different places) was plenty, great options and tasty. If you are not all inclusive and decide to eat there e.g. for lunch, the prices are good and food is tasty too. We also loved that there was a small playground where the kids could play when spending the entire day at the hotel.

It would definitely not be a deal breaker for us, but what we found odd is that there was no microwave. However, we experienced the same thing at other places that we stayed on Crete too, so it is not something unique to this hotel. Be ready to heat your food on the stove. Cleaning could use a little work too, e.g. emptying trash more often, but overall it was not a huge problem. If you notify them, they will send someone and take care of it right away.

I had the great pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic stay. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and the pool bar team stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. The food was delicious – fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Nikos P. from the hotel bar. He is a person full of passion, incredible energy, and genuine charm. His cocktails were outstanding. But it wasn’t just the drinks that made the evenings special – it was the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Nicos created and conversations with him were truly a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, excellent service, and memorable experiences – and if you have the chance to meet Nikos, evenings at the bar are sure to be unforgettable.

The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including fitness center, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The hotel restaurant served outstanding meals with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure a happy and comfortable stay. Good breakfast and great dinner buffet with drinks. There were always available sunbeds in the swimming pool area. The garden of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the newly designed building with family apartments, modern furniture, and two balconies facing the sea.

Bathroom design in the new apartment building is not ergonomic. We would advise the separation of the shower from the rest of the bathroom with a glass wall. Also, the room lacks dedicated spaces for luggage.

Great sunsets, pool is also very nice. Staff are very friendly. We stayed in the apartments which were spacious and modern. There is free parking Gym is great!

The toilet in our room smelled of sweage, we tried to get someone to fix it and it didnt happen. The breakfast is messy and the food limited. Presentation and quality here need work. The cleaners in the breakfast area didnt care enough from what we saw.

I had a pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel not for the first time and I am always delighted with my experience. The location is simply unbeatable—situated on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the sea that are perfect for both sunrise and sunset. It's also ideally situated near Chania, making it an excellent base for exploring some of Crete’s most beautiful spots, including Falassarna, Elafonisi, Kournas Lake, and the Samaria Gorge. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly makes us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Crete. Whether you're here for the views, the location, the food, or the service, you won't be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! This was our first time in Crete, but not the last. Without a doubt, the nicest, most helpful staff you will ever come across. From the minute we checked in, nothing was too small or too big for them. They went above and beyond what we expected. FOH Manager Georgia; you are truly exceptional!! I wish we could clone you to a hotel or resort worldwide! The food was great, the location was amazing. You were on a hill and so could view so much of the island. The breakfast buffet was full of options and creative dishes to cater to every need. All the staff were friendly, chatty, happy, and just willing to help out.

Eh, that we had to come back home...LOL. On a serious note, maybe a bigger gym for those into fitness, but that is me being picky and digging to find something.
