Reception staff wonderful. Hotel appearance higher quality than I had expected and my room was large, with pull-out couch and a high-top desk. Classy lobby. Short drive up to the lake shore to see the sunset at a park with free parking. Ice cream shop nearby (although I didn't go.) Car-oriented but a nice area around the hotel with a farm shop up the road.

Mattress comfortable but had a noticeable divot. Hard to find stairs and they were far from the lobby so had to take the elevator. Only hand free weights in the gym, no rowing machine. No free breakfast, although the restaurant looked nice I had brought my own so fair dos.

The breakfast was good, however the employee was working harder and not smarter. Nice kid, but every person that came in to eat at the buffet didn't have silverware or napkins, so he would go into the kitchen and JUST get that person's silverware and/or napkin, or he only brought one or the other when someone needed both. Then the next person asked and he did the same, instead of going om bac and getting enough for many and keeping them behind the bar. He brought us 2 napkins and didn't bring the table next to us napkins so we gave them one and they tore it in half. We saw this for the 30 minutes while in the restaurant.

The guy that worked overnight at the front desk was very nice! The room was unbelievable!!!!! I was so impressed I was taking pictures of it and sending it to my friends and family!!!!! The room was an absolute dream!!!! I didn't hear any noise when I was sleeping and actually slept until 11:00 a.m.!!!!! The shower was really nice I've never been in a shower like that!!! Looks like something you'd see in a magazine!!!!

I was a little bit disappointed that they only served breakfast until 10:00 a.m.... the guy at the front desk could give me a meal ticket for a breakfast and I couldn't use it.... On the other hand I understand most people don't eat breakfast past that time!!!!!!

Nice recently renovated hotel 30 minutes drive from Downtown. A small fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, and iron are included. Free parking on site.

I had to change rooms due to the fire alarm constantly buzzing. It's a shame that not a single person at the hotel was able to resolve such a tiny problem. Old TV without YouTube support. Dirty carpet. Outdated sofa. Loud A/C.

Staff was very nice & accommodating, including the breakfast waitress & the Bartender. Big room with separate sitting area. I was able to use the pool to exercise - it was well kept, clean & comfortable. The hotel is in a good area with food & shopping options as well as easy access to I-90

1 TV was not working as they are updating service to Spectrum. No electric car chargers on the property (There was a Tesla super charger as few miles away in a Sheetz gas station.)

Clean, comfortable & an all around nice hotel. Despite the massive storm that produced tornadoes the hotel did what they could for given the circumstances they were dealt. We did lose power for a couple days & unfortunately we had to find another hotel but they really did their best they could given the situation. Will definitely stay there again if we ever find ourselves traveling back to that area!!

This is a first class hotel. You'll pay 2.5 times more and won't get a room or team as good as the Wyndham Avon. We were travelling across the country and could easily have spent more than just one night here. Loved it. Let me add.... other hotels reservations through Booking.com have all required a $100 deposit. The hotels that required this deposit have yet to return the money. This hotel DID NOT require a deposit and was the best of them all. This is your stop!!

There was absolutely nothing to not like about this hotel.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Loved the lay out, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a very nice size, great water pressure in the shower and the water was hot! Loved it! This is a big deal to me, so to find this done right in a new hotel, means this place gets bonus points with me! Bed was very comfortable and an excellent size!

They fail to come clean room each day we had to call number of times Phones just ring and go to voice mail and no return calls . Front office seems like no one is there You have to wait for them a while and they come out of back room somewhere .

The room was very big and clean. We had a separate sitting area, a lot of surfaces, including a work desk with an extra table underneath. The bed was very comfortable

Having breakfast would have been nice but there was a place with delicious breakfast bagel sandwiches about 1/2 mile away. (Barry's Bagels)
