Nice cozy hotel always out preferable place in Razlog area with with variety of good food, spacious gym, stylish rooms

I visit the hotel the last couple of years and have to say is becoming overpriced for the service. Haven’t been renovated for a long and also in the restaurant the staff is not very helpful look disoriented quite often which is not ok for 5 star hotel.

Everything was good, breakfast was okay and the room and the view from the room were spectacular

There is too many employees doing absolutely nothing just wondering around and looking at guests making us feel uncomfortable

Nice hotel with brilliant staff. Some of the negative reviews are ridiculous. Yes of course it isn't Western European standard 5 star- if you want that then maybe pick somewhere that isn't £1400 a week all-inclusive!? Yes the food in the main restaurant in the hotel is very Eastern European (maybe because you are in Eastern Europe!?) but the Italian and other restaurants in the complex are good enough. We had no problems with the ski shuttle and it was never full and was always on time. Spa and pools are great, they get quite busy in the early evening when everyone returns from the slopes, but no more than you would expect. Overall it's a brilliant hotel for the price, and I'd happily stay there again. People moaning that the staff don't speak perfect English - these guys were still ruled by the Soviets in 1989, they are doing their best to catch up! Go and stay in a 5 star resort in the Alps and spend £10K instead if it's that much of a problem to you.

The beds are very firm!

The staff from the reception till the restaurant. A lot of facilities in the room and in the hotel. One of the best food I ever found in Bulgaria.

The mattress was not that good. Quite old. Also the furniture. The carpet on the floor with decolor. The heating in the rooms is with the air conditioner (the air will be very dry).

The Junior Suite was great. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was very rich and very good. The room was very quiet. Parking space right in front of the entrance.

At the checkout I have been told "Because you have booked via booking.com and not via our website we expect a top review on booking.com." - I was so astonished that I did not even ask back: "You do what? You EXPECT?!?" - Then I was handed out discount vouchers for booking on their website next time. - So, here it is: my top review. But I will remain a loyal booking.com customer because I know how difficult it can be to change a booking with a hotel. But on booking.com it is a seamless experience. Invaluable for a busy lifestyle.

We enjoyed the sauna and outdoor pools very much, they were amazing for relaxation. The complex was big and green, perfect for a walk. The room was exactly as in the pictures. The staff were friendly and really helpful, making the stay even better.

The food was a bit disappointing, with little variety and similar dishes every day. The meat was almost always overcooked, which made the meals less enjoyable. The breakfast menu offered the same food every day. However, there were days where the meals were very tasty, maybe the cooks were different.

Nice location, great food, the rooms are big and clean. The SPA zone is not good enough for 5 starts hotel, the water of the swimming pool was not clean, there is not pool for kids

A beautiful mountain resort located in a breathtaking gated community! The breakfast and dinner were superb, wonderful choice of food and it was very well prepared. The pools were heated and the entire spa and fitness complex was very clean. The rooms were well equipped, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The entire neighborhood is wonderful for walking and jogging, and it has the most wonderful scenery and views of mountains.

There is no control in the spa whether children are roaming around and shouting, this should be strictly monitored especially in the relax zones. Also some of the saunas we not working properly, they were mild at best. At first we received a room with a terrible smell of sewage and bad view overlooking the parking as well as the bars (the guests were singing and shouting after midnight) however the staff immediately changed our room to something more suitable when we asked, which is wonderful customer service.

The whole place is amazing, the nature, all the wooden properties, the outdoor pools… perfect!

The restaurant. The food was a bit tasteless and the staff was indiscreet and always around you and watching you. We felt like we needed a bit privacy while dining, we couldn’t say a word to each other because the staff was always around us.

Hotel looks very nice, rooms are spacious and everything looks very clean. There are also a lot of different facilities that can make your stay here special. Spa center looks very nice, restaurant for dinner has a lot of space and it is possible to find the quiet table. In general I liked the whole hotel architecture and atmosphere. Staff is friendly and polite. Location of the hotel is outside of the town in the skirts of Pirin mountain which I liked as well.

Few friendly critics. First of all, quality of dinner is far bellow 5 stars hotel, for me it was like 3 stars. It should be much better. Other improvement can be some "ski friendly" equipment in the rooms. For example, there is no place to hang the ski jackets and trousers. Hotel shuttle bus can also drive in 30 minutes interval in "most busy" periods (for example from 8 until 11 and from 14 till 17), now it drives every hour.
