Service, beautiful room, Lê Labo products everywhere, manicured landscape, great location and beautiful views, charming decor, delicious breakfast, wam cookies every night, good cocktails Friday and Saturday, great jazz band! Surprised us with a bottle of champagne since we were celebrating our anniversary! Upgraded our room to an amazing room! The most beautiful view! Thank you! We can’t wait to go back!

The breakfast and location were both great! And the staff were very friendly. The happy hour and cookies were also very nice. The free shuttle was great to have as well. And the location was awesome.

The room was very small and offered no view, no balcony, no elevator, (4th floor), and a bathroom so small that we could only open the door halfway before it was stopped by the sink. There was no welcoming bottle of wine/champagne for our 25th anniversary. There was bottle water in our room but it was $9/bottle! For $850/night, you'd think they could include this.

The location is great as it's 1 minute walk to the beach.and 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants around Ocean Avenue. The upper level of the property has partial view of the ocean. Some of the staff (younger staff) were very courteous, hospitable and friendly. Buffet breakfast was delightful and you get to enjoy partial view of the ocean, enhancing the dining experience. The happy hour, complimentary wine adds a nice touch. The property is kept clean with well maintained courtyard, garden and pool. Very relaxing to sit out in the courtyard. We'll come back again.

The thermostat didn't work and kept giving error signs stating, something like "access not allowed ", so we gave up on it, but it got to 61 degrees in the middle of the night, and we ended up calling the front desk. It took about 5 minutes to reach someone who brought us an extra blanket and a space heater within 10 minutes. The staff said she never heard of this error message, but after we reported this problem, the thermostat all of sudden worked. Housekeeping service can do better at cleaning. The bathroom was not cleaned and the wash towels were not replaced.

When we arrived we were given a very small room. Given that we paid $1000/night, I asked if another room was available. The front desk staff were very accommodating , offering us a few different rooms, one of which (Room 310) was terrific. WE loved it and everything else about the hotel!

Absolutely stunning property. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. Beautiful bar and delicious spread for the champagne breakfast. Extremely close to the beach as well, so you have a gorgeous view from the Ocean View rooms, and just a short walk away.

Beautiful venue overseeing the see and very close to the center of the town. a good balance between the comfort of a grand hotel and the cosiness of a medium size hotel. Staff really incredibly kind and willing to make you enjoy the place. We loved it !

Sound proofing of the rooms could be improved as the corridors can be noisy when loud people pass by !

Staff was awesome, grounds are beautiful. The cocktail, cookie hour is great every day. The breakfast buffet is delicious also.

It’s an older building so I don’t think there’s an elevator but that’s part of the charm. We loved it.

The property was great I have stayed with them in the past staff was always friendly just want to mention this time while checking in the person who was checking us in wasn’t rude but wasn’t helpful either did not point out all the amenities of your beautiful hotel even though I was aware of them it would’ve been nice to been refreshed and we weren’t offered transportation to restaurants in the area

the location is great. A couple blocks from the Center and a couple of blocks from the beach. The room and bathroom were beautiful and the sea views are gorgeous. The garden offers a lot of places to sit and relax and the pool is heated. The shower had really good pressure. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic. Everything was very clean.

The breakfast was good. The omelet station was great. I was a little disappointed that there were no pastries to choose from.
