Me and my family of 5 loved it ever thing about this place we not only enjoyed but had loads of fun to the kids play ground area, swimming pools for bigger kids/adults and separate toddler/baby pool with roof and also the gaming room and table tennis everything within 5/15min max drive overall we loved it thank you very much Tasman Holiday park. P.s. the only thing that let you guys down was the cleaning. Our room wasnt to basic standards, example alot of windows had dirty marks on them throughout the whole cabin not one window was clean, 2. Had to wipe dust of the 2 closets up top of them both, 3. I personally had to clean pantry and when i say clean i mean wipe that whole pantry in the inside not outside just inside. Some of the shelving and sides of it i had to use the scubber then cloth because thats how bad some of the stains were. And last i had to wash one of the bowl plates because it wasn't washed properly from people before me. And thats why i left you that rating for the cleaning besides all of that we loved this Place.

The cleaning inside our cabin if i had to rate it out of 10 ill give it a 3/4 no more. I already explain everything on the bit what did you like.

Checked into Tasman Holiday Parks – Geelong with the fam last week and it was a breeze. Online check-in had us in the cabin in minutes, and the staff were absolute legends. Kids lived in the pools and on the giant jumping pillow while we cooked at the spotless camp kitchens and BBQs. Waking up under gum trees by the Barwon River but being five minutes from the waterfront and Cats games was the best of both worlds.

Only hiccup: the bathroom door wouldn’t latch—awkward with little ones, but an easy fix. Got way more than we paid for; we’ll be back for sure!

Playground and pool area is great for kids. Nice furniture and modern decor in the rooms. Brand new smart TV installed and a fully stocked kitchen and large fridge. Bed, pillows and couch were extremely comfortable!

Unfortunately the jumping pillow was deflated and fenced off, and the room probably needed a deeper clean or a spring clean. When I wiped the floors with an anti-bacterial wipe because I spilled something on the floor, the wipe became brown very quickly. Perhaps mop water wasn’t clean when it was mopped. Shower pressure and temperature was consistent, but showing it’s age with some rust on the door frame.

Location was great, close to many parks, walks and cbd and foreshore were a 10min drive. Park facilities were great and property was well looked after and clean. Kids loved the bouncy pad and playground. Staff were all friendly and approachable and rooms were clean enough and well equipped for a longer stay. Beds super comfy, bedding very clean and heated blankets were a bonus. Would definitely recommend the deluxe cabin as we couldn’t fault it. We had a spectacular stay here. 10/10

Rooms were clean enough but had thick dust build up on windowsills and skirting boards. But other than that the rooms were clean and I really couldn’t fault anything else.

We were made very welcome. The staff are amazing. We spent all of Wednesday in the ED of Geelong Hospital so no time to look around. I warned the staff I’d called an ambulance and they immediately came round to see if they could help. My husband is better now and having more tests now we are home in Tasmania.

The crockery and cutlery wasn’t that clean - it was sticky to touch and it was only after I left that I saw the message that I was supposed to wash up our used things!!

Travelling for 3 and 1/2 hours and arriving after reception was closed it was a very simple process to collect our unit keys. Then we arrived at our cabin with 3 young children and the heater was on and the lights were on for us. Truly appreciated as those two steps made a huge difference in getting the children settled.

Probably the only thing was the bunk beds not being made. Would have been very difficult if I was on my own with the kids as I wouldn't have been able to reach safely.

The location was great distance to cafes, restaurants pubs shopping supermarket, takeaway kfc MacDonalds all close. The pool area was beautiful, playground was enough for the kids. The cabins were well equipped. The staff were very helpful.

Bunk beds where not checked for cleanliness, we found lolly wrappers under mattress whilst making our beds up. Behind the couch we had some creepy crawlies,.moved couch it had pencils dust it's obvious the cleaners don't move anything they go around the furniture

Cheaper than motels I was looking at while providing so much more. Stove and oven provided so I was able to cook in the cabin. There is even a public kitchen to use as well. Best thing was there was a spa bath in the cabin and I didn’t even know about it. Was sooooo happy cause I really wanted a spa bath but I thought I would have to get another cabin for a higher price

I don’t think the heaters were working properly but I didn’t say anything to the staff. Possiblly could have been me not knowing how to use the controls properly. If I said something I know they would have happily helped out with no problem !

The staff were very helpful at the desk.

I tried to call the reception staff, about all the spiders in my room, but ended up walking up to reception 10 mins after not getting a return call to sort it out. 2.5 hours later, I got a return call from reception. Apparently the calls go to a central number, not the reception where I was staying. What if it had been urgent???????.

The play area for the kids. Adults can also jump as well so we all had a really good time. The bbq area was nice with plenty of tables and chairs to sit. The kids loved their room. 2 bunk beds so no one argued over who was going to sleep on the top bunk. Our bed was also comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good!

Our cabin had a smell. It took a few hours of airing out and once we started cooking it went away but it was probably from who stayed there before us had smoked inside instead of outside is all.
