We needed a hotel close to the airport as our flight landed very late at night - we had to to go back to the airport the following day to pick up our hire care. The hotel reception was still open and we were checked in very quickly. Our room was towards the back of the hotel and very quiet which was our preference. The room was very big and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. The breakfast (included in the rate), was a basic continental, but there was lots of it and the coffee was good. We don't eat a big breakfast anyway, so again this wasn't a problem for us. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The AC in the room was somewhat noisy, but we had ear plugs, so this wasn't a problem for us. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus from the airport, however because our flight landed very late, this was no longer running so we had to pay for a taxi.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. Shuttle to airport was right on time! Would stay there again if In the area.

When we were leaving the hotel at 5:00 am to catch the shuttle- the deadbolt malfunctioned and we couldn’t get out of the room! We tried for 5 minutes. I callled the front desk. Busy signal. I had to google the phone number as was starting to panic a little. The guy answered said he’d come right away. Which he did. My husband finally got the deadbolt to unlatch. Good thing the hotel wasn’t on fire as we were certainly trapped in the room!! Scary stuff!

Close to airport nice breakfast

Shuttles were so slow all the other hotels had more shuttles running in the time that we waited to get picked up at the airport. The courtyard which was across the street had come 3 times in the span of an hour that we waited at the airport at 730 pm . Doubletree Holiday inn and Wyndem all had 2 to 3 shuttles that came within that hour we waited. And then in the morning after 9 u had to wait another hour to take one back because they started to run less frequently to the airport ..get another shuttle this is a Marriott and should be run better esp if others are offering a better service !

I didn't realize that you had to pay for parking the night you stay at the hotel.

The coffee! Breakfast was the typical hotel spread. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast hostess were very friendly and helpful.

There were two adults traveling so we needed two luggage racks or at least more counter space for our luggage. We had to use a small rolling chair for the second suitcase which was not ideal. The hallways were dark and narrow. The noise from people walking in the room above us and the noise from people in the hallway and closing their doors was louder than one would expect. I requested a room further away from the elevator so that helped with some of the noise. The toasters didn't work well so the toast was just warm bread regardless how many times we tried to use them.

Great location, close to good restaurants and a gas station nearby. Everything you need for a trip near the airport. We didn’t use the pool but it was nice and clean from what we saw. Decent breakfast, typical foods you’d expect to see at a hotel. Free airport shuttle. Overall we were pleased and will definitely use this hotel for future trips!

Our door stuck a few times and we had to shove it open, but wasn’t a big deal! We joked about nobody being able to open it without us knowing 😉

The location was easy to get to and close to lots of restaurants. It was quiet other than the footsteps from floor above us in the morning.

Hearing the footsteps on the floor above us in the morning. Get a 3rd floor unit if possible. The seating at breakfast was limited.

Convenient to airport especially with shuttle

I wish breakfast had started 30 minutes earlier so as to take advantage of it before I had to board the shuttle for the airport. Most flights leave DIA at 8AM so you need to be at the airport at 6AM which means that the shuttle at 5:45 was necessary, meaning we missed the breakfast which started at 6AM

Wonderful staff, especially the lady and gentleman who were working in the breakfast room. The hotel had everything you could need for a short stay. The shuttle was really excellent, on time and clean, very courteous driver

We had trouble getting the tv to work

The breakfast staff was warm and friendly.

No swimming pool, out of order. 2 of the check in clerks were not friendly at all. Elevator was out of order, ice machine
