Gorgeous decor, plenty of amenities, modern touches, excellent service from the staff, nice toiletries, prices are very agreeable, great location, nice detailed instructions and information pamphlets, access to a restaurant, gym and pantry.

I was not fond of the thin blankets nor the bathroom (our bathroom had missing wall tiles, a very small amount but noticeable colour on the caulking, full glass shower with very heavy door that kept no water away from the outside floor and very thin scratchy toilet paper) and the elevator was quite loud which had me a little worried.

Person who checked me in was pleasant enough but repetitive in her responses “That’s perfect” she kept saying, over and over . She asked a couple of really dumb questions. For example, “Do you remember your licence plate number?”. She knew I had driven to Moncton so it was insulting for to think I wouldn’t know my licence plate number. She also assumed I was Mrs when there is no indiction of status on the computer.

Friendly staff and quick check-in and out. Bed comfortable, free wifi and room was tidy and everything was well displayed . Floor was quiet and had a good night sleep.

Upon entry to the room there was an odor ( like musty)…. Maybe the carpet? I did not complain. Our stay was quick so I did not have time to enjoy the other services offered by your facility. Considering the rate you charge, I do wish there was some sort of breakfast or to go items included as other hotels offer this.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was fairly comfortable. We arrived off of ther ferry at North Sydney, NS and didn't get in until midnight so it was a very long and and a short night.

I didn't like the idea of paying $25 for breakfast so I stopped at the Tim Horton's in Salisbury for breakfast which was much cheaper and all that I wanted for the value. $25 may be normal at such a fine hotel but a little steep for our budget.

A very nice weight room, amazing staff and yummy breakfast made this trip for me.

Not the Sheraton but a complaint about booking.com. They let me book a room but the hotel was sold out. I recommend booking through the hotel directly to avoid this happening. The hotel scrambled and got me a room but I had to wait for an hour for the room.

The location was super easy to get to, right off of the highway which was nice after a long drive and heading out. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was a classic hotel room but very clean, roomy and comfortable.

Clean room and facilities. The staff was great, and I have stayed there on multiple occasions. I had access to the gym.

Room was clean but I find small for a room with two queen beds. Have stayed there before and got a better room more space and felt more comfortable. The bathroom I did not like. The fact that it was so expensive, and breakfast was not included.

Need electric plug and charger connectors in both end tables, not just one. If both people are on C-PAP machines this is a problem. It is a problem just if you have cell phones to charge that your use for an alarm clock. Shower is great, but there are not shelves to put your own cleaning products if you chose to use them.

Very clean rooms. The employees at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful helping us find the best way to get to a concert were seeing that evening. Excellent customer service.

Price. But we booked a room a day before a huge concert in town though. So I'm guessing prices are not that expensive normally ( $400 a night )

I like that the whole hotel is pet friendly. The staff is excellent. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The pantry with snacks is nice!

This will be my second stay where the hotel restaurant was not open. This was unfortunately a huge let down. There is no place with in reasonable walking distance to get food or drinks so we had to leave the hotel anytime we wanted to eat or even have a beer/cocktail. It unfortunately just makes the overall experience less enjoyable. However I did see construction going on in the area the resurant used to be. I hope that a new restaurant bar is going in and that it will be up and running by our next stay. If not we will probably opt to stay somewhere with a bar/restaurant or something more central
