Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. I have been a regular at Eka for several years and found it ideal for my visits to Nairobi. It has a convenient location mid way between the airport and central business district. They have recently added a large garden area at the back of the hotel with a walking and jogging track which is an excellent facility.

They are currently carring out additions to the building to add to facilities. This can cause some construction noise. I understand this is due to be completed in October this year (2025). Totally accept that this is unavoidable temporarily to improve facilities.

The hotel is beautiful and meticulously maintained, with a high level of cleanliness throughout, which adds to the comfort and appeal of the stay. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and I’d especially like to highlight Reuben at the reception and Linda, the housekeeper. Reuben was warm, welcoming, and very attentive. Linda’s attention to detail and dedication to keeping the room in pristine condition was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Very spacious and clean room. Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always supplied us with additional bottled water. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and tasty. There was something for everyone. We also enjoyed the lunch buffet. Head concierge Keith, was extremely helpful in arranging a shuttle to the airport and the security at the hotel is very good. Keith and Benedict at the front gate were very welcoming and even taught us a few useful words in Swahili. There is a mall right across the street with a pharmacy and a grocery store, very convenient. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting.

I found the mattress a bit hard for me but that is just a personal preference. There was nothing wrong with it.

My Husband and I stayed here for one night before we left for safari. It's close to the airport, making it a great choice for travellers arriving in the afternoon/evening. There is a restaurant and bar serving till late and breakfast was really varied and started from 6.30am so was perfect for us and we enjoyed having breakfast out on the restaurant terrace - was a lovely way to start our trip. The pool looked lovely! Staff were very kind and extremely helpful

Great hotel and very close to Airport but also ideal if you don't want to stay in the centre of Nairobi. The hotel has a lot of facilities and 24hrs service. So no problem if you arrive late and want to have some food or other service.

The hotel is very big and there can be a bit noisy. Also pretty expensive but this is like most of the hotels close to the airport.

Our stay had to be extended and it was greatly accommodated by the booking personnel and no moving around of rooms were required.

We were under the impression that the airport transfer was included in the payment made to the hotel. No effort was made to check and confirm this on the hotel's system, we just had to pay.

Very comfortable hotel, modern equipment, friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast. Good choice for dinner options on site - in the hotel restaurant in the lobby and the american cuisine on the other floor too. A shopping mall with supermarket and food-court across the street, but not so easy access on foot. Hotel is conveniently located if your destinations are south of Nairobi (i.e. NKIA, Nairobi Park, Langata giraffe centre and elephant nursery) ...

Quite expensive, but worth the price in the end.

We loved this hotel. After 2 weeks in Tanzania it was like an oasis of clean, professional organisation! Everything is well looked after, the staff are friendly and very helpful and it all worked like clockwork.

The only thing that let it down a bit was the hard bed. The room was lovely, but I had to put the duvet underneath me to create some softness. A mattress topper would be great.

Beautiful property close to the airport. Rooms well appointed with water/coffee etc. The breakfast was a huge spread of all kinds of food, fruit and delicious. Was excellent for dinner as well. There is a supermarket and pharmacy across the street in a mall for shopping and is in a safe area.

Gorgeous and elegant hotel with a range of amenities a lovely pool, gym, restaurant, bar, gym. Also great and helpful staff. Close to the airport if travelling. A range of choice for breakfast from 6am. FAB!!!

That I could only stay for 1 night as i was travellingthe next day. A bit more privacy for the toilet in the room.
