Lush interior patio with pool, very friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, AC, balcony, daily cleaning in rooms!

I didn’t specifically like the very loud club music until 3am (although it was expected!), and then the drilling/construction noises starting from 7am gave us little quiet time but it’s close to the main street so we knew it would be like that. There was no toilet paper in the women bathroom for 3days. We received only one towel when we arrived although we were two. Once we requested more next day we did get more tho. Pool was usually occupied by kids jumping in.

Great budget accommodation in the centre of Playa. Just off from 5th Ave. Room was clean and comfortable, excellent air-conditioning. Shared bathroom was clean and good. They had a pool and nice common area.

It was quite noisy at night from the surrounding bars, but we put our headphones in and it was completely fine. They wouldn't store our luggage after check out, but would store it before check in which was weird and annoying. So couldn't do what we had planned because we didn't want to lug our luggage around so we just left Playa early.

Literally the Best Place I ever stayed in PDC & I've been visiting on & off again Cancun & PDC since 2014, & it's close enough to 5th Avenue really close if you like that sort of thing & far enough away for me personally who needs long breaks avoiding 5th Ave & all the people trying to sell me things the minute I step outside, me personally I loved it here & far enough away from 5th not taking no Gracias for an answer Jaja.

Beautiful apartment. Private balcony overlooking the courtyard with tropical plants, fountain and pool. It was a pleasure having friends over for drinks outside. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with two sinks, walk-in closet. Very comfortable bed and sofas. Very clean. I was worried about the noise but it was not an issue at all as the bedroom was far away from the street. In a touristy area but walking distance to authentic local restaurants, Oxxo and Soriana. Next to the taxi stand for day trips. Lovely helpful staff.

Great value for money - the rooms are very small but air conditioned and the bed is comfortable. The pool, hammock and seating area are lovely. All hotel staff were nice and very helpful. The shared bathrooms were clean. You can hear Señor Frogs at night but it did not interrupt our sleeping - maybe bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Location is excellent, right off of la Quinta! The room was basic yet comfortable. Cute balcony facing the street, warm water and good water pressure for the shower. Daily cleaning service. The patio/pool area is super cute, especially at night. Very attentive staff.

Not so much a complaint but a warning-- this place is right next to, arguably, the loudest bar in its vicinity. The music stops at 3am and starts early.

Cozy and quaint, convenient location, comfortable beds. Community/common area with kitchen and hammocks is great to meet family and friends staying in other rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Senor Frogs can be loud until about 2am, if you're a light sleeper.

Easy to walk to anywhere (convenience, grocery, 5th Avenida and other authentic less expensive restaurants. The pool was great and the yard is full of beautiful trees and flowers.

That the bathroom was locked and sometimes you would forget the key at night to enter the bathroom.

central location. quirky accommodation. good supply toiletries. rooms very basic but clean. had private bathroom but ventilation not hood so always humid in there. air con and ceiling fan effective in bedroom

could do with kettle in room. other guests noisy at night on corridors.

The room was pretty small but the location is great. You can reach this hotel from ADO bus station by walking in the main walking street for a few minutes. You have literally all the main attractions 1 minute away from the hotel

The rooms are small but after all, you get what you pay for, so I can't complain. With higher rates I could get a bigger room
