The staff was inviting, informative, and accommodating. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the event.

Could use a wider selection of breakfast items. Could use more pillows for the beds.

The location was perfect. I was there to assist my son and his family with moving. I just needed a basic room for the night to rest up for a long drive. This was perfect.

There was an old cigarette smell in the room but other than that it was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was super friendly. The bed was wonderful

I loved the location! We were right by anything we could need. Restaurants and shopping within minutes. And if you are chasing waterfalls, they are a convenient location to get to the highway to go explore! The breakfast to go bags were genius! The value for the hotel and what you get is equal. It isn't a 5 star hotel but it was clean and affordable.

We had a door with slight damage in one room and the quality of the shampoo and conditioner could've been better. We also couldn't get the remotes to work for either room but we didn't mind we just changed the channel with the TV.

The breakfast was limited. They egg container of empty on the second day.

The lock card only worked 50 percent of the time. I continued to go to the office for another card and reset. This was very frustrating.

Comfy bed, decent water pressure in shower, nice hardwood floors, spacious, cold mini fridge, tons of TV channels, good wifi. Very good value.

Just a few small things: Cob webs in top corners above vanity, plug for the bathtub non functional so unable to soak in the tub, single serve coffee maker in the room - water chamber where one would add water did not appear clean.

Motel was remodeled two years ago and they did a very nice job. Room had wood floors and a tiled bathroom with high end faucets. Bed was comfortable with soft linens. Room did have a frig and microwave. They offer a bag breakfast with a muffin and granola bar. You can also pick up a yogurt or apple to go. Coffee was plentiful. They have a waffle station if you have time to make a waffle. Since so many places have discontinued breakfast of any kind, we were pleased at what they offered.

The room was clean but my white socks got dirty from walking on the floors. There seemed to be some kind of residue left over from the cleaning.

Breakfast was minimal, but wasn't paying a lot for the stay. Economy and midpoint location en route to destination were the major factors. Everything about the hotel itself met expectations

Room check in took quite a bit of time--seemed like it should have been quicker since booked in advance. Route getting from freeway to hotel was surprisingly long and circuitous--especially since route back to freeway on departure was very direct.

Jacob was welcoming upon arrival. We drove all the way from San Diego, quite a distance. His captivating smile and jolly personally made the long tiring trip worthwhile.

Towel is very thin. Healthier breakfast food would be better especially for us travelers.

The price for the value was exceptional..The rooms are large, clean and the facility is well kept. It is a quiet location .

I would have liked a full breakfast option and for breakfast to last until 10:00, but other than that I can't think.of anything..
