Reception was very friendly and helpful from the get go. Easy access close to best beach and also to amenities. In the apartment there were sufficient things such as shampoos and kitchen such as salt and pepper and coffee and sugar. Heated pool was well used. The furniture was very comfortable both indoors and on the sunny balcony. Plenty of clothes hanging space. A good aray of pots pans made meals easy to manage.

I could have done with instructions on how to operate the TV with the Foxtel. A coffee maker would have been excellent as it is quite common elsewhere. Like so many apartments wine glasses are plentiful buta genuine beer glass is not. I didnt use the air con because it was quite evident that the filter needed a good clean. There was thick "'fluff" on the walls facing air con. Expected to clean which is fair but vacuum took over 30m make is suck. It was blocked at many points. So please give us the working tools to keep apartment clean.

The very best thing were the Managers. They were welcoming and there if you needed them without being in our face. They are the best we've ever had. Secondly, the Unit was lovely. Clean, plenty of room to move. We wanted to take the kitchen home it was so perfect. The bedrooms were well placed as of separated for privacy in regard to each other and the bathroom. We can't speak highly enough of the whole complex.

Probably the only thing we didn't like was the glass in the bedroom doors. If somebody went to bed and the others were up or got up through the night, the lights would beam into their bedroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The apartment was roomy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the pool was warm. The manager Brian was very helpful.

It needs a small booklet with simple instructions on how to use the stovetop, how to set the heating to heat every room and advice on how to operate the television. Similarly there was no instruction on how to empty the bins- only a dire warning if you failed to do so. It would also be useful to know how and where the buses run and a note about how close it is to the north Burleigh surf life saving centre for meals and drinks.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with stunning views and fantastic location to everything. The management were delightful and extremely helpful. We had other family members in other apartments staying for a wedding. The management were incredibly considerate of assisting us with my extremely elderly parents who had a wonderful apartment in the same building with accessibility aids throughout. They assisted us in hiring a electronic recliner chair for my Dad and it was installed on their arrival.

The car park spaces were a challenge if you had a bigger car.

Great stay!! Lovely staff. Good communication. Due to recent cyclone we were contacted in advanced to let us know lifts would not be working due to power outage so they moved us to first floor. When we arrived lifts had just begun working so they upgraded us back up to 6 floor with early check in and late check out. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Nice pool which we had all to ourselves. Car parking was spacious and close to lifts. A fantastic stay, very happy!

There was no washing machine detergent or insect spray. Washing machine was difficult to use. But very minor inconveniences. Lovely accomodation and we will definitely be back!!! 5 stars.

Other visitors smoking on the balcony and smoke coming into the property It takes quite a while for the smoke smell to go. There was no coffee making machine in property

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in. It ticked all the boxes in terms of location, car parking, facilities, size, and comfort. Christine was very helpful. The view was stunning and the apartment spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved the big comfortable bed and the separate ensuite. The layout with a second bedroom and bathroom down the other end was perfect for a family. Pool was great, as was access to beach and playgrounds. Short walk into main town, with benefit that it was lovely and quiet at night, with just the sound of the waves. We hope to return to Aussie and stay again at some point!

Perfectly located over looking Burleigh Beach with spectacular views, secure underground parking provided, the appartment we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, we didn't get to use the pool unfortunately even though it is heated, easy 10 minute stroll to North Burleigh Surf Club for great meals, a convenience store around the corner was handy for supplies, when light rail is completed it will make access even easier, very friendly and helpful staff, we will certainly recommend and would have no hesitation in returning.

The apartment was beautiful with an amazing oceanfront view . Management couldn't do enough for us making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Supermarket and coffee only a short stroll away and James Street a less than 6 minute drive to all the amazing cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back -one of our favourite places to have a mini break for our family .

Nothing at all it was all perfect

Brian and Chris were wonderful when we checked in. Brian grabbed a trolley and helped us with our luggage, which he didn't have to do. They were both very nice people. The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach.

I would have liked an extra bath towel per person. One each for three days was not enough. Also, a few coffee pods to go with the coffee machine would have been good too.
