I recently had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golden Circle Suites. The cleanliness of the kitchen and rooms was impressive, and the luxury accommodations made for a truly relaxing experience. rooms was well-heated, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring great hygiene throughout the hotel. The location is another major highlight—situated in the heart of the city, it’s surrounded by numerous agencies for booking activities, as well as a variety of restaurants and malls, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

The only downside was the check-in time at 16:00 and the early check-out before 11:00, which felt a bit restrictive. However, the positive aspects of my stay far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

I would like to thank God and my family first, because without them I could not have come here, and then I would like to thank Nicole and Sara, two very kind people who promptly helped us with information, tours, arranged blankets, they were very competent. The location is great, close to everything, shopping and restaurants and they even kept our bags after checkout. I definitely recommend it. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Ah!!! Breakfast was very good - tks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏼🥰

The location was convenient to the train station for the Santa Claus Express. It was also very convenient for local dining, travel to Santa Claus Village and the Arkitkum. We also booked a day trip to Rauna Zoo. The space was lovely and comfortable and the sauna was a much needed break. Having an ample breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. The staff was also very accommodating with baggage storage at beginning and end and making sure we had all we needed.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, near transport links, easy to get about. The apartment was big enough for all 7 of us to be comfortable, and the balcony and sauna were lovely extras. The staff were really helpful- very responsive, helpful answering questions and friendly too. Had a lovely homely feel.

Pictures online give slightly different idea of the accommodation. A bit on the expensive side (even considering the high season when we visited). Would be great to have coffee capsules in the room/apartment.

Loved having the private Sauna. The location was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

I thought the way the room was configured was odd and was expecting the bedroom to be separated from the living space with a door. Which it wasn't. Which made it very difficult to be able to settle our child to sleep. I would have preferred that this was made clearer as would have affected my decision to book.

Reception staff were extremely friendly! Facilities were great and it was useful to have space to be able to be self catered where we wanted to. Staff at breakfast couldn’t have been any more helpful making our little ones what they wanted. Would 100% recommend this property!

Good location, easy to catch the Santa bus from outside the Artic City hotel just a minute walk round the corner. Also can walk to the Angry Birds park for sledging (other guests left sledges downstairs near the sofa area). Heating was a little warm in the rooms for my liking but you can open the windows for cold fresh air. Kids had 2 pullout beds next to each other in the living area which they slept well on. Small kitchen facilities handy for breakfast and simple meals, decent small supermarket just a minute away. Big bathroom, enjoyed the in-room sauna. Would stay again!

An absolute gem of a place! We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a 2 bed family suite which was more than enough for my family of 2+2. Plus, the location was perfect, the suite was immaculate, quiet, and comfy. Also, the communication from reception was timely and pleasant. I had to request to leave our bags in storage late one night and I received a reply 1st thing following morning agreeing to store…and that’s after we checked out. And the lady (Margaux?) dealt with us politely and swiftly. I can’t recommend this place enough and will gladly stay here again if the opportunity came up

The decor was great, it had a good homely feel. The sauna attached to the bathroom was great, and the instructions for it were easy to use. The hotel was well located - a very short walk to the centre and a nearby 24 hour supermarket.

The baggage storage could be better signposted and perhaps in a more secure part of the building.
