This apartment was value for money and had the best location close to the market and seafront. The host was super attentive and communication was easy even though I arrived at 4am and they had to pass the keys to me. They also almost immediately answered my request to replace the broken kettle and for extra slippers and toilet paper. Really kind and responsive!

The smell from the bathroom drains or toilet is really bad especially in the mornings and it's hard to be in the toilet for long. While I was there, the fire alarm also went off several times, twice in middle of the night. I don't think the host can do anything about these 2 issues as it's the building issue but perhaps they can talk to the management about it.

GOOD COMMUNICATION EG REQUEST FOR EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT . THEY FULLFILL MY REQUEST .

BAD SECURITY THEY HAVE FIRE ALARM MAKE IT EVERYONE PANIC AND LIVING THE ROOM AT MIDNIGHT AND WE THOUGHT THEY IS FIRE BUT ACTUALLY THEY HAVE FUMAGATION NEXT HOTEL. THIS IS NOT GOOD THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD TRAIN THE SECURITY FOR THE SERIOUS MATTER NOT SIMPLY CALL UP THE FIRE BRIGADE. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE MANAGEMENT REPUTATION SOME OF THE GUEST CHECK OUT LATE NIGHT AND LEAVE THE BUILDING.

The host is very reactive for fixing some issues that we had. The apartment is comfortable, good bed and good couch. The apartment was really clean.

The pool is closed from noon to 3pm every week days. Strong fishy smell outside from the port just in front of the building. Some basic instructions can be provided on the apartment to explain how the things works, garbage, pool and the password for the wifi.

The apartment was big, clean and had a washing machine. The balcony overlooking the city and mountains was really good. The location was right next to the market and waterfront restaurants. There was a small mall opposite. The security man was really friendly. The check in process was easy and we were kept informed. The swimming pool overlooked the sea and was a good size. We would definitely stay there again, it was good value for money.

The suite was spacious for two adults. All the necessities items such as towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer are provided. Theres a fridge, microwave, tableware, and washing machine in the kitchen area. Theres free wifi and netflix too. What i love the most is our room view where we could see the sunset every evening. The location is also good as it’s in the centre of KK. Overall i had a pleasant and comfortable stay here will come again in the future!

1. Cannot connect the WiFi 2. Sliperry floor (kitchen area). Sould be put your something drying cloth. Like front of bathroom also. 3. The smell of previous cooking is very strong. 4. I think the mattress should be change with the more soft one. 5. Sounds n peoples voice is so strong from the corridor/outside.

I like my stay here because of the beautiful sunrise and sunset views. It's also great being close to the Filipino Market, where I can enjoy local food and shop for souvenirs.

I dislike that during my stay, the washing machine suddenly stopped working properly. Luckily, they managed to change our room, so thumbs up to their team for handling it well.

love the suite/studio apartment,, very clean and new, love how the arrangement of the furniture and the quality of the furniture,, great location city centre,, felt in love with the view from the small mini balcony (sea & city view) for the affordable price room,, for sure will book this unit again,, my family love it.. tq soo much for the great facilities

The location is very central and many shops and restaurants near by. The apartment was spacious and pretty clean, you also had a vacuum that can come in handy for a longer stay. The furniture was basic but overall you had everything you need.

The bed was hard, I guess it depends what one prefers.

Can improve more on the entertainment side. Netflix is not working and there is no sponge to wash dishes although there ia a mini kitchen. Other than than all good and excellent
