Surprisingly massive room space with separate bathroom from shower. Maybe because it was entirely built for USJ leisure only. Only 2 minute walk from Sakurajima Station and two convenient stores next to the hotel. 24/7 open for 7-11, Lawson was limited hours operation. Around 10 min walk to USJ, it gave a good morning walk before diving into enjoyment awaited.

Price was a bit high comparing with other hotels during this low season. But, what can you say for a hotel located in limited space like this private-owned island? Staffs were standard robot services. Not good not bad, nothing to expect.

The hotel is OK for one or two- nights stay if you are going to visit Universal Studios. The room is small but still fine, the breakfast was good. The room and the hotel were very clean.

We arrived 5 or 10 minutes before three o'clock, but we still had to wait in front of the reception to get the keys to the room punctually at three. It was not a big thing, but I am sure that the room was already ready from long and I would really appreciate if we wouldn't have to wait these few minutes more after a long journey....

Great location for going to both the Osaka Expo as well as Universal Studios. Decent breakfast with enough variety for our week-long stay. The ability to do laundry during our trip is an added bonus. Staff was polite and helpful.

10 minute walk from universal studios. The staff were super friendly and professional, they helped us with our luggage delivery to the next hotels. The hallways were space themed which was nice and helped get into the universal vibe. Smoking area right next to the lobby. And seven Eleven and Lawson 2 minute walk away

The room was pretty small. Not tiny but not really big either.

The location to Universal Studios, a trim station, and to the Osaka Aquarium (via ferry) was great! The hotel room was more spacious than our previous Shibuya hotel. I like that there was a fresh water dispenser. Each floor has a theme, which appeals to families. Last, it was easy to forward my luggage to the hotel, and the staff helped me forward it again to the next hotel.

The bed was a bit hard. Maybe some people like that.

Very convenient location close by to Universal Studios within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms very quite spacious too and amenities provided to.

Nothing, only train was going by every 10-15 minutes until midnight when they stop operating and then start again like after 5am. But don’t assume that is the hotels fault.

Staff were very helpful and polite throughout the procedures and explain everything in detailed upon check in. The price is not considered as low-cost but giving the location which is near to Universal Studio as well as Zepp Osaka Bayside. I find it acceptable for my stay during the few days for the concert i've attended, held in Zepp Osaka Bayside, just a minute walk away from the hotel, which gave me enough time to rest before and in between the time after getting the concert goods till the concert starts. Room ammenieties are of satisfactory as well and they do provide pajamas, slippers as well other than towels for each person. Food wise they do have breakfast provided upon payment. If one would liked to opt for meals outside, there are also lawson and 7-11 convenience store available just 2 metres walk away from the hotel, and as per mentioned above, since it's near to Universal Studio you can always travel down Universal studio from Sakurajima Station or by walking 15 minutes to Universal City Walk for dining as well as a little shopping. The stay is quiet around the area as they're located outside the main city of Osaka which i find it really pleasant for me as well.

The hotel is located within a 10-minute walking distance from USJ. There are convenience stores such as 7-11 and Lawson around the corner. Toiletries are provided in the lobby, and you can take what you need. On the lobby level, you can find amenities such as a washing machine, vending machine, microwave, and a designated smoking room. We booked a room with breakfast included, and their breakfast is simple yet satisfying. Since we stayed for two nights, the breakfast options did tend to repeat.

We used the spa salt provided in the lobby area to take a relaxing soak in the bathtub. However, when we finished and drained the water, it caused the toilet to become flooded. Luckily, the water managed to clear afterward. It was our first time using a buckwheat pillow, as we were accustomed to using the fluffy ones. So, we weren't quite used to it. However, based on our research online, the buckwheat pillow is designed to help support our head and spine in a more supportive position.

They staff took care of us when we were not happy with the cleaniness of our 1st room. Switched us to a different room. The breakfast was decent. The laundry was easy to use, even for someone who can't read Japanese.

That we had to change room cause the 1st one wasn't clean. The breakfast mini oven needs more instructions on how to operate.

It was a good room and clean. The hotel has a good location, train station is close and convenience stores nearby.

A little noisy because of the trains. We slept with earplugs. The pillows were small and hard. They didn't have extras. The morning buffet is witten 6h30 at the pictures, but it is 7am. It turns out that we skiped in order to come early at the park.
