rooms were clean and comfortable. location is right beside the yellowhead and near the henday, so easy to get anywhere quickly. liked having a lounge and restaurant in the hotel for dinner or drinks, so no need to leave the building for what you need. free parking.

bathrooms starting to show a little wear and tear, and did not have that "spotless" feel to it anymore. minor repair needed to unclog the sink, fix a broken tile on the floor, and dust off the baseboards and trim. needs extra pillows too. the train & tracks are right beside the hotel, so some rumbles and banging at night, but tolerable.

An excellent option for a pet friendly hotel. My room on the second floor was close to the elevator which made trips outside fast and convenient. The room was quiet and had a microwave and cabinet with dishes, glasses, and cutlery which was convenient during a weeklong stay. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed to be in town for extended veterinary visits.

Other reviews mention the extra thick pillows - I agree they aren’t suitable for sleeping so I asked for soft pillows like other reviews said to do. They were in my room when I arrived so a negative is turned into a positive for the helpful service!

Food was amazing, cannnot praise it enough. Room was very spacious for the 4 of us. Anytime we needed something for our room (new towels, etc) they were right on it. Great experience all around. Staff at the dine in was really great. Fast and efficient service. If we ever come back to Edmonton, definitely will come back to this hotel!

The only problem was that it's a bit of a distance from some places (especially if you need to uber like we did). Aside from that, no complaints whatsoever

Front Desk reception was kind enough to let me check in sooner than normal, as I had just come from a funeral. The person was exceptionally kind and patient with me as my credit card and debit cards wouldn't work in the moment.

Too short a stay. My room was wonderful and it would have been nice to stay longer and enjoy using it. Definitely plan on being a repeat customer if I visit Edmonton again.

The room was beautiful. I booked that room specifically to watch the Oilers game with friends. I would not have booked a suite otherwise.

The TV in the sitting area didn't work. The gentleman who came to fix it was wonderful. He really tried to get it up and running for the game. Unfortunately, we had to leave and went to Moxies. Also, the pillows were so hard, I had to use a sofa cushion.

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was great.

It was a little far out of the way but we had a car so not a big deal. I wish they would have had a restaurant for supper - it wasn’t open for suppers. There was a lot of construction going on on the Yellowhead so it was a little inconvenient but it’s just temporary so that wouldn’t be something that would keep us from staying again.

The king bed was really comfortable. We were pleased to have a shower rather than a bathtub and shower. Easier access for older people. Staff, especially at the front desk were cordial and helpful.

We were at the hotel for three days. I didn’t think it was quite sufficient to have no regular housekeeping during that time. We needed replenishment of various things and had overflowing garbage cans.

I would like to thank all staff there with their management as they let us to feel comfortable and planning to come back there.Actually,it's quiet and safe area and it's between West Edmonton Mall and North gate which has many Malls.In addition, they have restaurant down provides all meals.Also all receptionists there will give you all information about the city to enjoy during your stay.I wish them luck

Good price for the hotel room, comfortable bed.

The air conditioner was on too high and our room was cold for us and our toddler&infant. There was no way to control the AC as there were no buttons and no remote. Reception did offer to move our room, however, as we were next door to family we choose not to move. Seems like a bit of a design flaw to have an AC unit that can't be controlled. Receptionist did try to offer a solution though.

Nice large room, good breakfast and nice lounge.

Lounge was only open from 4:30 to 11:00pm. Booked here because it has a lounge and was disappointed it was not open earlier and late. Will not stay here again because of this as we like to meet friends early and to have a place to go after a game, concert or other function. Pillows are not comfortable, they are large and very hard, so much so people in elevator asked if we noticed the same.
