Bed and entire hotel was absolutely fabulous. The view was exceptional.

There was only normal TV available for free, or you had to pay $20 per movie. The movie choices were terrible, so we just watched normal TV. No options to log into Netflix or Stan on the TV either. Movie's should have been free for the price we paid for the room.

The room was amazing, great view and very modern and clean. Pool area was beautiful and had an adult only area. Easy walk from the tower into the casino area with all the restaurants.

The check in queue was ridiculous, over a hour. They make you fill all your details onto an iPad which slows up the whole process, surely they have all your information!! Didn’t always get the coffee replaced in our room. Lengthy wait for drinks when ordered via the app, better off going to the bar yourself. No dedicated late check out showers or changing area, they did offer us late check out but at $50 per hour.

The views over the Swan River were absolutely breathtaking, especially as the evening lights danced across the water. The location was perfect—just a short stroll to incredible dining and entertainment, yet still peaceful enough to feel like an escape. The bed was pure comfort, and the large bath was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. What truly made the stay memorable, though, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, and the convenience of valet parking made everything effortless. A stay that left me feeling both relaxed and inspired.

The views were awesome, although the room for the price was rather small the fixtures and decor was lovely.there was no access to internet or room functions using the room tablet.the room service menu was far too expensive as was the bar in the room.our stay was quite relaxing but probably would've used more facilities in different seasons and if prices were lower maybe used the room service instead of outsourcing out foods and beverages.the front of house and concierge aswell as the lady bringing our luggage to the room were absolutely amazing and a dream to deal with .thankyoy staff

Beautiful hotel and resort.

Our room wasn’t completely clean (bath tub was dirty, bed side tables were dusty) The complementary milk was not replaced without us having to ask. The iPad stopped working and the drapes and lights were switching on and off by themselves. Unable to join our two bookings together with an uninterrupted stay and we had to visit reception to renew our key card for the last day which we had added on. Breakfast was poor value. No breakfast menu for eggs Benedict or poached eggs for example. No omelette or pork sausages available at the buffet.

Room & view, enjoyed watching the city and night sky, Efficient turndown service, top up of essentials. Comfy bed and room. Buffet breakfast at epicurean Warm pool Relaxing bath with lovely products. Actually managed to stop, relax & unwind.

Valet parking cost, $75 pn !! didn't use so had to park in carpark & walk back through casino to get to hotel, 10 min walk. shuttle or escort service back to hotel would've been nice! Ate at Mia mondo Italian, over priced for quality. Thought the ceiling to floor windows would've been mirrored on outside so people in pool couldn't see us!!

We recently spent the weekend at Crown Towers in Perth and had a wonderful experience. The family room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast at Epicurean. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and preferences. It was a lovely way to start our day.

The check-in experience was disappointing, as the staff member who assisted us was quite rude and unwelcoming, which left a poor first impression. The pool area was also not very clean, which was unexpected for a hotel of this calibre. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived, though it was fixed fairly quickly. On a more positive note, the staff member who helped us at check-out was absolutely lovely and left us with a much better impression. Overall, while there were definitely highlights to our stay, we expected better service and maintenance from a luxury property like Crown Towers.

Great location on the river, view across to the city, Optus oval, good for walking along the river front. Swimming pools were great. Went to a show at the theatre next door. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast at the Atrium was good.

My only issue was with the drinks at the poolside bar. I ordered a mojito and it had a huge lump of ice in it and unable to stir it with the straw or drink it. Sent it back, staff said they all come like that. Never having a solid block of ice in a drink before, I questioned it. Crushed ice yes, but not an iceberg. They kindly remade it and I was able to drink it. I would not be ordering that cocktail again.

It was clean, bed was comfy, 24hr room service menu is great and cocktails are yum, great selection of amenities in the bathroom, and of course the amazing view of the river/city and pool down below. Staff are always amazing.

The parking situation is a nightmare , it’s so far away from crown towers itself, you have to walk past the casino , crown Metropol , the shops, ballroom etc just to get to the reception at Towers. Also just a heads up if you don’t have a physical credit card then they’ll charge you a $500 bond instead of the standard $200 bond so make sure you have the actual card with you

The pool is great in the afternoon otherwise it’s pretty cold as it’s in the shade

All around food and drinks were bad including by the pool, Room service food was terrible, I ordered 1/2 dozen “freshly” shucked oysters but got 8 I assume because they were tiny and weren’t freshly shucked (they had dried around the edges from the fridge air) also the karage chicken was just crumbed chicken pieces and the club sandwich was very dry especially for how quick the food arrived I expected it to be fresh and at least cooked half decent.
