The people and the owner were so nice, we had a great time at didas villa! We were offered great dinner and they also made some vegetarian food on request. After dinner they set auf a fireplace to sit and drink some drinks. We had a great chat with the owner who told us so much about himself and life in tansania. The room was small, but really nice and clean. We had a good shower with hot water and pressure (which is not really common there). We totally recommend Didas Villa and would definetely come back there!

The location is in Arusha but very peaceful, very calm and very clean. The staff is probably the nicest staff I’ve been around in my trips. Fred came to get us from the airport, helped us in booking a bus to Lushoto, and took us to the bus station. A big thanks to him for all the help. The staff also recommended places to eat The room is clean there’s hot water and the bed is comfortable

Friendly staff we have met in Tanzania. Hands down! They are so professional, kind, accomodating and nothing is a problem. Compared to other places we stayed, these staff here were exceptional. The food was great too! And the owner took us to the beautiful thermal springs before our flight out of Tanzania (for a price) but it was a great way to end our time in Tanzania.

The pillows were a little uncomfy

We had a nice time at Didas Villa, initially booked for 2 nights and then decided to extend for 3 extra nights. The place is within walking distance of the city center (25-30min) and not far from the main road, the room was spacious and comfortable. The place is quiet and nice to sit at the porch to have your coffee or breakfast. The staff was always super friendly & helpful.

The ambiance of the rooms could be a bit improved by adding some decorations

We had a really good time at Didas Villa. The room was quite spacious, well equipped and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, especially compared to other breakfasts we had in Tansania. Best thing about our stay was for sure the incredible nice & helpful host. He helped us sort out a few things and was extremely supportive. Asante sana rafiki!

The house is around 2,5km outside of Arusha, which wasn't a problem for us at all since we just stayed before and after our safari.

Fred was am excellent host. He gave us great recommendations on restaurants and and even gave us a ride into center of town. Breakfast was excellent every morning.

The only negative is that we had to strategically time our showers around power outages. The hot water does not work on the generator. The photos were accurate, but the description made us believe there were two beds in our unit.

Fred was the best host, he is friendly, positive, funny, and above all he was very helpful: even though late check-in is not supposed to be possible, Fred even picked us up from the bus station himself in the middle of the night at 3:00 am ! Apart from that, the place is beautiful, comfortable, location in the city centre but away from loud noises or bars.

It was a more than perfect stay, can’t think of anything that wasn’t good.

Rooms are brand new, very clean and have everything you need for a short stay or even a longer one. I appreciate the kitchenette although cooking isn’t necessary as Frank will show you great places to eat and put on a breakfast buffet (added photos as I was so surprised by the amount just for me 😅☺️). Lovely to sit and chat with Frank at dinner.

Well balanced breakfast, served a good variety for choices and fruits. Really well prepared. Looked forward for it every single day🤗.The location of the property is great for accessibility to the amenities, eateries and CBD. The river flow gives it a soothing melody. The staff are very friendly.

The rooms were well maintained. We were a group of 9 and this provided what we needed at an affordable price. Fred and his staff were friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had an early flight and they took the extra effort to prepare breakfast an hour earlier than usual.
