The location and overall it was good. The room has a comfortable bed and TV, a table, chairs, a spacious wardrobe and space for a suitcase. The bathroom had good lighting and hot water, the shower was ok. Daily cleaning and a bottle of water. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Local breakfasts which resembled lunch but you can get something else if you want. Good security 24/7, you feel safe, but the area is also safe. Close to the shop, restaurant and bus station, from where you can go to Moshi. The efficient elevator makes it easy to enter the room with a heavy suitcase.

A bit noisy outside, but decide for yourself if that's ok. Once, bananas were taken from my room because they looked like old ones, but they were good. It can be noisy in the corridor, with doors slamming, so take earplugs.

We stayed here one night after a multi-day safari because we needed to catch a bus to Dar Es Salaam the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located next to the main bus station. The room was nice and modern with a big comfortable double bed, the bathroom was OK. The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was a little chilly - the windows let air leak in and had some cold condensation on them all the time. Being in the city center and next to the bus station, it was also a little noisy, but we expected that.

I have stayed at the New Hotel Aquiline twice and enjoyed staying there. The self-contained rooms were comfortable with hot water and I was lucky to have a little fridge as well. There is a telephone in the room which made it very easy to contact the staff at any time. The food in the restaurant is nice and the buffet breakfasts are good. The manager and staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to let me leave a big bag at the hotel while I went away on a safari for a few days. The wi fi worked well. The location of the hotel is very convenient, within a very short walking distance of the bus station and central market and I felt safe in this area. I am happy to recommend this hotel. Note: The pharmacy next door was the by far the cheapest for malaria tablets (probably for other things as well)!

Very good hotel for the price.

My only criticism is that the chefs need to improve their skills. Basic things like scrambled egg or pizza are not what I would expect from a professional chef. They need to try watching YouTube to learn how this stuff is done properly. Gordon Ramsay has an excellent video on scrambled eggs.

Staff is friendly and facilities are clean. The Restraunt is mediocre but well priced.

The hotel is located just across from a large bus station and in the middle of a large market area of town. This is a convenience as you can find anything you need in walking distance. But it also means there is a lot of noise. Things do get quieter at night which is good.

Breakfasts were very good and service was always friendly. The hotel is an amazing value and quite safe, clean and friendly for Americans. The neighborhood was fascinating, full of street markets and local people using all kinds of transit. Outside the hotel, many people spoke only Swahili, but we always felt safe. Lots of school children would wave and say "hello" to show that they were learning some English at school.

We're from a rural area, and at times found the constant hustle and bustle around the hotel a bit too noisy.

My room was very clean and had a view on the mount Meru. The room was spacious with big bed and little table to drink coffee. Good WiFi which is not that common for Arusha.

Yes the area is very loud but if you stay for 1 night it's okay. The machine for payment is old it accept only physical card you can't pay with apple pay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was lovely, but it took a while to come. The hotel will arrange massages and other treatments upon request. The area is busy, full of hustle and bustle but it’s an ideal location to be picked up for a tour.

Loved the location and staff were just lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is a great place to sit on the terrace, have a beer, and watch the buzz of activity below. Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed dinner at Kahn’s bbq right nearby.

Air conditioner did not work so it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping but I just opened the window. Mini fridge did not work but I didn’t really need it.
