We have stayed here many times. My husbands adult children live in Columbus and the location and pricing is good.

We arrived later on a Friday night. The check in clerk looked like he worked in maintenance with the way he was dressed ( not very professional ) I booked through Booking.com and a hold of the cost of the room plus a $100 deposit was put on my bank account. I checked in online and got a digital key but my husband wanted a key card so when I went to get one the clerk put another $100 hold on my account. He was not very nice to me when I asked why. This really was a large amount of money I couldn’t spend that weekend. When we checked out I did get both of the deposits back and was told that the clerk made a mistake. Gave me an apology and told me he didn’t know why this was done. Not a very good solution to the problem.

Staff was nice. It was clean. It was in a convenient location

Bed pillows were not comfortable and comforter was too hot so I ended up sleeping with just a sheet that wasn’t warm enough. Book.com left me a phone number that was out of order to confirm my reservation so I was nervous about that. I had to call Doubletree and they gave me the run around before actually checking with the front desk. I almost canceled the reservation.

Sydney and Elise (and a third girl who was also nice) get a big shout because they accommodated a super early check in for me and my husband, even when they didn’t have to. The way they bent over backwards for us just ensured that we will be booking this hotel again very soon, as we are constantly in this area. Thank you girls!!! Also, the cookies are amazing and the hotel is beautiful and clean. Would recommend!

I love how spacious and clean it was, and how it was so affordable for a king size bed I love the view and it smelled so clean.

The only thing I did not like in the entire property was that the beds did not have full cover protection. I have experienced bedbugs before and anytime I stay in a hotel I always check for them no matter how clean the property is and the only thing I didn’t like was seeing that the bed did not have a full protection over the mattress other than that it was wonderful.

The staff was friendly. Nice location.

The rooms aren’t vacuumed regularly. I had a balloon for my daughter and it picked up all the hair and dirt on the floor. The shampoo and conditioner was empty in the room. The one time I didn’t bring a travel set. Hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Some cleaning opportunities were definitely there.

new renovations. nice decor, clean fresh, new. nice business area, plenty of desks and meeting spaces.

I found the breakfast set up to be very awkward. I pulled my mugs from plastic dishwasher racks- the juice dripping all over the clean coffee mugs- had to inquire if they were clean and intended for use, couldn’t find cream by the coffee- it’s on tables but if I’m taking my coffee to go I need to go interrupt a table of guests- very strange. the plates & silverware were at the exit instead of the entrance ( closest to the lobby) . despite finding the setup to be awkward the food was very good quality. it was not an included breakfast , however. it is an additional charge, which I find to be uncommon.

My family joined me in the pool and we had dinner !! The food was all delicious. EVERYONE loved everything ordered and ordered more !! The quietness of the hallway and my beautiful spacious room was just perfect !!

There wasn't one thing I didn't like about!!

The front desk manager is exceptional. I don't know his name but I'm going to call doubletree and tell his supervisor what an excellent job he did. I was only there for one night so I didn't interact with any other staff.

The bathrooms are a little too small. You have to shut the door in order to get into the shower.

Your one staff member was great, it appeared she was head of the staff. She checked on what was Gluten free. Breakfast a little overpriced. Food was good but not great.

The eggs could have been fluffier for my taste, I know others like theirs differently. Toast would have been nice.

Great experience. Also Tony is just amazing. Always smiling and welcoming. Made us feel welcome.

The guy that worked Sunday morning. Looked Italian. Not friendly and treated us like we were invisible. He didn’t greet us anything. We ended up just leaving our key cards on the desk.
