The staff accommodated wherever possible even providing a cable when necessary. They went out of their way to do so. The food was amazing, excellent quality that would give some hotels in the area a good run for their money. Knowledgeable staff as well. The room was amazing as was the view. Car parking excellent as well. We can’t recommend it enough. Thank you staff.

Signage to find our way. It was clear but difficult to see as we only saw Mt Lofty Hotel sign instead of under that sign.

The whole experience is lovely! the bed is amazing, the bathroom amenities are top of the range, the view is beautiful and the people working there are super friendly.

I think as a frequent traveler for this price range you are paying per night I would have expected more for example, when entering the room, there was an open water bottle in the fridge. The toilet seats aren’t heated/ bidet which I would expect as the floors are heated. To enter the premise you require just a little more signage as is easy to miss, when existing to go to the spa, you have to walk all around the property to re enter.

The view and feeling of seclusion was excellent. The breakfast was in line with expectations.

We requested memory foam pillows at the time of the turn down service which did not arrive. This was disappointing and resulted in a poor night of sleep, especially as our stay was only a single night. There was also an error upon checking where the host thought we were a different couple - which created an awkward moment and re-printing of the itinerary. It would be useful for the host to ask what our overall objective of the stay was rather than rattle off all the various “experiences” available.

Amazing view; rooms are luxe, especially the ceiling windows

1- show massage is not as good as it looks or the water strength is weak 2- hot springs temperature not hot enough, and the time experience is too short; we got an 8pm slot, which means we had to rush through our dinner

The all inclusive package was worth it for us. The property is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. Very serene and cozy.

We couldn’t get in contact with staff on a handful of occasions, which was frustrating.

Our stay was wonderful, lovely staff who balanced friendly service without being intrusive.

Not that I didn’t like it, but better value to book room only not all inclusive as we did

The room was lovely and the view was good for the soul. As we stayed 2 nights the experiences were included…..so we enjoyed some cheese tasting and wine pairing, both were super informative. We enjoyed the spa on a fresh evening and looking at the stars was a delight! I would also say that the staff were superb, attentive but not intrusive. A special thank you to Thales for looking after us so well (and supplying us with pastries!). We will be back.

Nothing that I can think of.

Nozomi, Sammi and staff highly attentive and extremely professional, engaging, warm and proactive.

Fragrance in suite a little overpowering. We love fresh air!
