I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I had a long stay, in one of their studios, for almost a month. I really loved the location in a very clean area, and the small studio that was equipped with a small kitchen as well. Reception team was very kind and helpful, I really appreciated. Also the technical department that provided a new seif. The bed was very comfortable and really liked the warm and possibility to dim the lights in the room.

The walls are very thin so if unlucky to have noisy neighbors, that can cause some late night sleep. However the area is very quiet.

I like the apartment style room on the high floor which we were staying for our 2nd night - 2 bedrooms (1 Queen;1 twin) plus a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and laundry sets.

We did not like the room we’re staying on our 1st night. They gave us the key to a different room and not the one I booked without informing us at checkin. We found out as we entered the room. The bedroom has a very strong body odor that we had to sleep with the window opened the entire night and still couldn’t get rid of the odor. The manager told us the room type we reserved was not available (!? - I thought that’s what we made reservations for) and they were fully booked (!?) so they “ungraded” (!?) us.

Thank you to the staff at the Executive Hotel. I accidentally booked a room twice, but they quickly corrected the mistake for me. They also graciously provided us with an upgrade. The room was excellent and so comfortable that it felt like waking up at home, especially after a long trip. The hotel is pet-friendly, clean, and the staff are super friendly. Additionally, the free shuttle to the airport is a great bonus. Thank you, Executive Hotel. We will return when we visit Vancouver. Thank you for having us!

The hotel is enormous, and you can get lost easily. They should have a map? Wish they had a swimming pool.

While the place is old and a little run down, I just love this place for it's convenience, near the airport and the free shuttle service. It's near many places to eat and shop, too. Including an immense Chinese/Asian community with markets and so many incredible food options! This place is one of my happy places and I'm glad it exists! :) The staff there are always professional and helpful, too, which just makes it so much more pleasant!

I don't have much to say, the place is a bit old/run down but honestly to me, that's part of the charm of it. It's a good value, and very convenient, and a good starting or ending point to my longer trips to Vancouver.

The hotel has a great location, with restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and the main hotel building all conveniently nearby. There is a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes. Overall, the cleanliness was quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed that parking costs $50 per day. Additionally, on the third night of my stay, a false fire alarm went off late at night and lasted for several hours.

Nice and quiet hotel, it served our needs as we needed a hotel for one night, near the airport and with a shuttle service. The beds were comfortable, we used the two queen beds and the sofabed for our group of three adults. We liked the facility of a coffee maker, and the fridge and microwave which we used to make a quick breakfast. I went to a local supermarket no more than 10 min walk away from the hotel, to buy fruit, oats and plant based milk for our breakfast. We also walked to the Misouri park with a lovely Chapel. It was a very pleasant walk, and I particularly loved seeing the black squirrels in the park which I had never seen before. There are also owls at dusk that hunt squirrels so you are advised not to wear pony tails whilst walking there at dusk, lest an owl thinks that you have a squirrel on you and makes a dive for it. Not a joke, there are signs to that effect in the park. Overall, our stay was a very nice experience.

We advised reception upon exit to put oil on the hinges of the bathroom door as it is noisy.

We only stayed for one night as we had an overnight layover. You can take the shuttle it’s 10 min from the airport so it’s very convenient. We booked a 2 bedroom suite as we were traveling with little kids to have more space. The beds were comfortable, had 2 bathrooms, small kitchen, living room and balcony. Good communication with the staff, they were very flexible when we had to change the dates we originally booked because our flight got changed. This was my second time staying here and definitely will stay again.

Close to Shoppers Drug Mart. There's a restaurant and beer store in building. Rooms are quiet. Beds are low to the ground but comfortable pillows. Restaurant staff are very friendly♡

◇Showers are tiny with a straight shower rod (not curved). ◇Parking is pretty confusing. And the parkade signs are non existent with no arrows pointing in the right direction to get you inside the correct building. The hotel key allows access in the wrong building So I went up & down elevators that were in the wrong building over and over. It was exhausting carrying all my belongings. I was tired and grumpy by the time I finally discovered the correct building.

It had an indoor pool that my kids were able to use in mid spring, which is usually too cold for outdoor pools. The room had a huge jetted tub, that my kids put to use. The room had a nice large television with chromecast so that we could easily log into our streaming services. Staff were so very nice, and checking in/out was very easy. An 11 am checkout was also nice-- no feeling rushed to get out the door.

We got a suite, which had a pull-out bed. It's questionable when the bedding on that bed was last changed, as the blanket had a weird odor. Also, my oldest son used a public bathroom off the hallway. It had no doorknob, and someone actually locked him in there. So not only could he not get out, he couldn't get out even if it wasn't locked because there was no doorknob! And to add to his misery, someone had gone to the bathroom in the other toilet stall and blocked it up. He was not a happy camper. Thank goodness for cell phones, and he was able to call us for help.

Very good ,very friendly staff. We stayed at a very busy time prior to Christmas. Taylor Swift was in the city. It was expensive because of this, we were pleased the staff coped really well. Our room was high up with airline staff. We hope to stay again in late February 2025. We hope we are up with Airline staff on our return on Feb 23rd as we fly back to Vancouver from Sydney, Australia . Thanking you in advance, Kind Regards, Bernard Curry
