All Hotel staff very friendly, extremely hard working and accommodating. Kane (reception) very helpful and funny. Kane (bar) was a lovely young man chatty and welcoming nothing was too much trouble for him. Liam manager was very hands on and always had a smile on his face, he runs a very organised team who all work really hard together. We booked in for the new years eve dinner which was again fabulous, it ran like clockwork very well done to all the staff and thankyou. Food was amazing we ate in the restaurant on both nights and breakfast really hit the spot. Thankyou for making our new year special. We will be back again definitely. Jill & Simon

If I had to say anything it would be maybe a few more bar tables and stools in the bar area.

All the staff were perfect, especially Kane on reception, and the food and service was brilliant. Everywhere was very clean, with a beautiful navy and gold theme, and the rooms were cleaned every morning! The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and was very cosy looking. Everything you needed was in the room and it was very functional, including a hairdryer, slippers, washing flannels, gorgeous elemis products for body and hair and a coffee maker, teabags, biscuits, water bottles, beauty products, ear plugs, eye masks, teabags, coffee, hot chocolate! All of our requests were fulfilled brilliantly by the staff, as we had a hot water issue and a hard pillow, which they swapped for a softer one. Our 3 day stay was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to come back, can't wait to visit in the summer 🌞

The room was quite small, so was the shower but we are both 6ft tall.

This is a fabulous hotel. Our room was large, with a huge comfortable bed and a lovely seating area in the bay window looking out at our sea view. There were nice little touches like water in a mini fridge and fresh milk; lovely toiletries in the bathroom and Welsh shortbread on the hot drinks tray. The hotel location is great, being just a 5 minute walk from Venue Cymru where we had tickets for a show. But it’s the staff here who make it so good, and the wonderful food - we ate dinner in the restaurant 3 nights running because the food was so good and the staff were so lovely. Everyone was friendly and made you feel like they enjoyed their jobs. We loved it and hope to visit again 😊

Nothing… couldn’t fault it.

Really helpful staff, i was travelling alone and they helped me get breakfast so I didn't have to leave my dog alone in the dining room. The room was lovely, really clean and I loved the doggy bag with blanket and bowl. The view is obviously fantastic over the seafront. Really good access to the town centre. Breakfast was delicious.

I got a bit lost and came down a flight of stairs with my dog which entered the dining room that isn't dog friendly. Maybe a little sign before you get there could reduce the risk of an awkward sprint through the diners :)

Hotel was spotless staff very friendly and professional and very dog friendly room was roomy and plenty of space we had room in back but not bothered as we only slept in there breakfast was well cooked and very tasty will definitely stay there again

Car parking a nightmare

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming from the moment you walk in the doors. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Quite a few dogs staying the same night and they were no trouble at all, there is a separate dining area too for those with dogs not that we were worried at all being pet lovers! Rooms were bright and fresh, clean and fairly spacious enough for us. Lots of lovely little extras such as soaps, a range of coffees and teas, a coffee machine and biscuits. We had dinner from the restaurant and also breakfast in the morning and the food was amazing and very fairly priced! it was my husbands birthday on the Sunday so I provided some decorations and the staff decorated the breakfast table for him and also left him a birthday card in our room which was a lovely gesture. On our departure Kane very kindly made us a hot drink for our journey home and was very hospital. We will most certainly be back again!

It wasn't a huge issue but the pillows could have been a bit more comfortable and our bed had a slight downward slant on my side but I still slept very well

Staff were very helpful and explained everything even about fire alarm testing, once we entered the room it was spotlessly clean and bigger than expected, The bed was very comfortable and there was also a mini fridge in the room, It had great views across the bay and the great orme when looking out the bay window, had an evening meal which was quick on service and really nice exactly the same when having breakfast, to be honest I can't fault anything so would definitely recommend. Thanks for the stay

Nothing dislike about our stay

The hotel had thought of everything, they had everything covered. Each room on our booking had a decent iron and board, hairdryer, bath mats/non-slips, slippers and even simple additions such as eye masks, ear plugs, and cotton buds. The products in the bathroom were of a high standard and very much appreciated. Drinks, biscuits and towels were replenished daily. The hotel ticked all of the boxes, a champion of hospitality.

The beds weren't so comfortable, and I feel horrid even saying this as everything else was perfect. The only downside and the only reason we were looking forward to going home was a more comfortable bed, I have to say.

Great location especially if you're going to Venue Cymru. The public areas are clean and offer plenty of comfy seats with a nice view of the sea. Our bedroom although at the back of the building was nicer than we were expecting, a king size bed with a quality mattress and bedding and an excellent offering of little extras to make your stay more comfortable, eg eye mask, ear plugs and slippers. The tea tray also is worth a mention, a great choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits, plus a coffee machine and the option of take away cups, so you could carry your drink out if you're going for a walk along the promenade. Bathroom looked newly fitted, with a shower cubicle and light up makeup mirror. Gutted we were only stopping for only 1 night.

It's listed as having parking, when in fact it's on street parking on any of the streets surrounding the hotel, it took a few drive arounds to actually find a space.

Nice location and the hotel is well presented and clean. The staff were really helpful when we thought we’d booked a room with a bath and actually hadn’t as it was done via booking.com, they swapped our room no problem straight away. The complimentary toiletries are lovely, the view was great, nice selection of tea and coffee and lovely, spacious double bed. Would definitely stay again.

The room dropped a bit cold early hours of the morning as the windows are old but the curtains were nice and thick and caught most of the draught.
