The owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for an overnight stay near the airport with restaurants and a little supermarket at walking distance. Also the location is safe and easy to go around. The owners went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay and the property was very clean. Coffee is great and they provided heaps of Italian breakfast options. They also provided bottles of water in the fridge. I have already recommended this place to my family and will certainly be back. I now know where to stay in Fiumicino and next time I hope I have a flight schedule that will allow me a walk to the beach (20min) and discover more.

Little improvements can be made but they're not essential and those would be just for little extra comfort, like the door handle of the single room and the slippery shower floor.

I Villini B&B was just what I needed before flying out from FCO. The room is super spacious for one person, with a basket of snacks, unlimited free bottled water, toiletries, and other essentials. You can also use the kitchen, utensils, and the dining table whenever. The place feels cozy and safe. The B&B is in a residential area, with nearby restaurants, pizza places, and grocery stores. It is an ideal place after all the sightseeing in Rome and before heading home or to your next international destination. One of the owners was super helpful enough to pick me up and drop me off at the airport, with a service fee.

You will not find a more helpful or kind proprietor than Stefania - incredibly warm and ready to assist. Proximity to FCO is also a big plus; without traffic, you can be at the airport in 10-15 minutes. As noted, Stefania and her husband take reservations for airport transfers (15 Euro, each way). And the price overall is right for an overnight stay in a clean room prior to an early flight.

There is nowhere to walk near the property. I did go to a little dive restaurant nearby, but otherwise, the area is not very inviting, including some barking German Shepherds. Aside from this, just expect that the property is very basic, in a rustic style. The door to my room used a skeleton key.

The apartment was close to the airport. We needed a place to stay our last night in proximity to the airport as we had an early morning international flight. The host was very responsive, met us at the property for a quick rundown of the apartment features and suggested a restaurant we could walk to which was very good. He even gave us a ride to the airport in the morning and was right on time. We needed a two bedroom apartment, and this one was a good value.

This apartment is in a residential area--nothing nothing to see or do there within walking distance. Just a heads up.

The owner was very kind and helpful (but the english was a bit difficult for her but we understood each other). The room was clean and nice, and to use the AC was included in the price and also in the shared kitchen was breakfast (cornflakes, jam, nutella, croissant, yogurth, milk and water) that you could have.

It was a bit far away from the beach.

We were met promptly by a member of the hotel staff. We found the room very nice with many amenities. We shared a breakfast room with two other hotel guests whose bedrooms were adjacent or across from ours. The walls were a bit thin, so when one of the guests - a bus driver from Poland - was up super early to make arrangements for his tour group, he woke us up with his phone conversation. But part of our adventure was meeting people from other countries, and my husband got up and had a nice chat with him. The night before, we took a walk along the river and had a great meal at a restaurant on the water. It was a nice ending to our first visit to Italy.

We had to walk up a flight of stairs - with luggage in hand - to get to our room. Also, the walls were a bit thin; we ended up whispering so as not to disturb the flight attendant who was sleeping next door. It was in a residential neighborhood that had a few barking dogs, but they were quiet during the night.

We needed one night to stay close to the airport as we had a flight next morning. The facility is very well equipped and maintained. Lots of options for breakfast in the fridge and in the kitchen. There's a coffee machine and a stove. The room is very modern and has a balcony. 3 minutes walk from the house, there's a huge supermarket.

There's no direct bus/train to the airport. However, the host drove us there, or we could of taken a taxi.

Great unit that was spacious with 2 large rooms and clean. Max provided coffee, drinks and snacks. It was close to the airport although public transport was a challenge. This didn't matter though because the lovely host Max picked me up and then dropped me and a group of guests to the airport to fly out the next day. Max also recommended a great place to eat very close to the unit and there is a supermarket very close by as well.

The WIFI in the unit was unreliable, although it did work at times.

Stefania was a friendly, helpful and warm host . She took us to the airport at 7:00 AM which was so helpful. She met us at the property the day before and answered all our questions. The apartment was just what we needed for a one night stay prior to our flight. The bed was comfortable and we had a good, quiet night’s sleep before our flight. The breakfast basket was helpful in the a.m. as was the coffee machine. Lots of water in frig.

I choose I Villini B&B because it was close to the airport and they offer an airport pick up (for an extra cost). The owners gave me clear instructions where to meet them and everything went well with the pick up. They even gave me a lift to the beach after I arrived. Breakfast was self serve and there was plenty of options. The shared kitchen would be handy for anyone staying longer. The room was cosy and had everything I needed.
