This is the only place we stay when we come to Ohio to visit our children and grandchildren.. Never been disappointed.

The only 2 complaint, or suggestion, is that MAYBE breakfast can be changed up a little, like bacon and sausage alternating days, etc. Also, we checked in on a Thursday, and that night and Friday were wonderful. On Saturday or maybe Sunday night, I can't remember, there were children running up and down the hallway around 9:30 banging on all the doors on that floor. That only lasted about 15 minutes before it was remedied though, so it really wasn't much of an issue.

I would first like to say that this was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and I have stayed at plenty of other places. This particular location was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed in on our travels. The rooms are very clean and equipped with amenities. The pool and spa area was clean and had readily available towels. The breakfast was amazing clean area and wide variety of options. The fact that they had what they call snacks at 5:30-7 was dinner for my co-worker and myself that we didnt even have to leave anyway. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions. I recommend this hotel by far and will stay again. thank you

I can not say enough wonderful things about that big, cloud-like bed! The crisp white sheets and comforter, were surpassed only by the heavenly pillows. The evening kick back was surprisingly excellent. An actual meal, beef meatballs in a scrumptious gravy, homemade mashed red potatos, and steamed vegetables, salad, and soup. Beverages were complimentary, along with hot, dinner, also the popcorn and nachos! I slept right through my alarm and missed the breakfast 😩. I am sure it was wonderful. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was spotless, warm and quiet. I didn't really want to leave.

I wish they offered a shuttle ride from the airport. The taxi ride cost $50.

Breakfast was good, but you need bacon. Threw waffle away, not good. Biscuits were delicious, but there was no sausage in gravy. Beds comfortable.

Do not like to put room key in slot to have lights. you need to have Nights Lights in room and bath. Bath door shut, and I was in pitch dark, and hit my forehead on corner of wall at coffee station.. That was 6 days ago, and it still hurts. Need to put bag liners in trash cans. No one should have to handle soiled Depends, bloody pads, or snotty tissues . I used a plastic bag from my suitcase. Extend Brkfst to 10:00. Need more clothes hangers.

We loved the walk in shower as opposed to a tub/ shower combo in the bathroom. It was also a plus to have a refrigerator in the room. We used it for our water bottles and food that we purchased. The breakfast was good too as well as the little happy hour although we were here for a family funeral so we only went to the happy hour once. My personal perk was the indoor pool and spa pool, I used it once and it was great to relax after a stressful day.

There was nothing to complain about, I wish more hotels would supply the amenities that the Drury Hotel supplied. Oh there was no lotion in our room, not a deal breaker because we brought our own, maybe it is supplied but we had none in our room.

Cleanliness and location are priorty. Happy hour is amazing, and it is served with a buffet style dinner that is included in the price of your stay. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast has many options to choose from. Hot tub, pool, fitness center were great. The staff is lovely, friendly and professional. The hotel floor was quiet, and our suite was very clean and spacious. The location is directly across from Ikea and countles stores, shops, and restaurants are nearby and not too far from Ohio State University

Hot tub bubbles shut off every 7 minutes and could have been a few degrees hotter.

Exceptional cleanliness, excellent FULL breakfast that included hot breakfast buffet, fruit, waffle station, pastries, breads, yogurt, juices and sodas. Also had an outdoor pet station area for our dog. Room was simple but clean and had basic amenities including mini fridge, coffe maker and microwave.

I would have liked better quality toiletries. Also each time I went to front desk (arrival, departure & passing through) Noone was present. I had to wait several minutes and there was no call button. When traveling & exhausted, one expects to check-in right away without waiting and wondering where staff is.

This was our first stay with the Drury brand. We enjoyed the hospitality. It is a great value for the price. The hotel was mostly clean and staff was friendly. The meals were generally good. The location was very convenient.

The staff seemed very overwhelmed and understaffed to meet the demands. Front desk was quite a wait as there was only one person checking in guests. He actually walked away during our checkin process to make popcorn. During meal time the food was empty a lot of the time. Long waits for it to be replenished. The breakfast was ok but could really use a few rotating options for folks that stay multiple days. Our phone malfunction during the night and kept making a beeping noise. Woke us several times until we finally figured out how to fix it . If you are a light sleeper request a room in the front of the building. The rooms in the back are facing the highway exit ramp and sounds like a NASCAR track 24/7

I am a 55-year-old Veteran that has traveled All around, I have stayed with Drury inns and suites a dozen times. Drury Is By far the best Of the best! Every square inch of all of their hotels would pass a white glove military inspection. The services the facilities and the staff are incredible. The best Breakfast offered by any hotel and they also offer a dinner from 530 to 7 every evening. If there is ever the possibility for my wife and I to stay in a Drury While we travel, That is where we Will be laying our heads.

Drury is a great franchise. The breakfast are great and the happy hour is unlike any other mid range hotel. I love the steamed hotdogs. Probably too much. What I especially love about them is the comfortable beds. I spend several nights in a hotel across the country every year in breweries are consistently a good night sleep for me. This particular hotel also has a very nice pool and the hot tubs fantastic.

The parking lot is a little challenging to get around in, but that’s pretty nitpicky.
