We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff and property are lovely. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever experienced. The room was nice and spacious as was our bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Felt like an oasis to return to when we were out doing activities and sightseeing. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay again.

The walls were thin or not insulated well. While most nights were quiet on the interior, we could hear neighboring rooms ordering room service, talking etc. The hotel is situated right next to a highway/busy roadway so our room (balcony) let in a lot of noise. Also, the pictures of the balcony rooms are deceiving; your view is the highway as all of these rooms face the front of the building. Had we known that, we wouldn’t have paid for this type room. Would recommend sleeping aid for light sleeper.

I hope you will consider this enhancement to better meet the needs of your diverse guests and maintain the high standards of hospitality your hotel is known for.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is beautiful, the staff are so attentive, but not annoyingly so! Every detail seems thought through - we stayed as part of our honeymoon were thoroughly spoilt! We had a massage in the spa which was excellent. Food at breakfast was fantastic - what a selection! And we ate in one of the restaurants too which was also excellent. The rooms are well laid out and have everything you need, gorgeous toiletries, and we enjoyed the variety of tea bags left at turn down. Location is great too, very close Uber ride to everything, just up the road from the museum and close to bars and restaurants such as Bla Bla, Alchemist and Cavalli

There are windows (frosted, but still windows!) between the bathroom and bedroom - in our first room there was a sliding door to the toilet which added more privacy, but not on our second stay.

I traveled for work with my infant son. I really appreciated how proactive the staff was in getting our room setup before we arrived. It was so wonderful to check in at night and to see a crib already there for him so that I didn't have to request one. Additionally, they even provided a baby bathtub which no hotel has ever done for me, but it made baths sooooo much easier. My son really enjoyed his stay as everyone was so extremely friendly and patient with him. Most people didn't know my name, but he was greeted by name wherever we went on the property which of course wasn't necessary, but made the trip extra special for him. The staff in the Italian restaurant were alllll extremely top notch as well, providing truly world class service. I also appreciated their covid protocols. It was nice having fresh masks and sanitizer provided, plus seeing staff walking around with it. Especially since I had a young baby, that additional level of precaution gave me peace of mind. I've traveled all over the USA and to multiple countries in Europe and Africa with my son in his short 8 months of life and the majority of time we stay in hotels. Hands down this was the best experience we've ever had and I look forward to our next stay there.

The hotel staff are friendly right from the gate. They treat guests with respect with happiness plastered all over their faces. Samson the concierge and his colleagues were on top of their game. John and Carolyne at the reception told me everything I needed to know about the hotel during check in. I was led to the Tambourine restaurant by Simon and received by Steve O and his colleagues. I remember Brenda Mshimbi giving us a snack made of mushroom to try out and it was delicious. Ongus insisted I had to take a second cup of coffee during breakfast. Mercy at the Balcony Bar served us well too. We had a good time and we will be back soon for a longer stay.

I liked the pizza at Lucca and the fact that the cook accommodated my needs ( I am a diabetic and I try as much as I can to not eat food with garlic ) he did his best to fill my expectations and I appreciate the fact that he was so wordy to check with everything was fine 🥰🎀 very thought of him . I highly appreciated the caretakers that were very fast to fulfill all my needs even the silliest one at any hour of the day they were lovely . The receptionist were all cute and well dressed too The gentleman’s at the door are always a big highlights very polite and kind . Overall the people working there make the place worth the price .

The carpet in the bedroom I prefer wooden floor The tiramisu I had was not fresh and had a weird taste it made me sick

Decent hotel and elegant ambience. The staff at Villa Rosa Kempinski went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Every detail was attended to with a personal touch, from the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless service throughout our stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We got free Mini bar and a free extra bed too. Breakfast is excellent too with a wide variety. Would highly recommend!!

Wifi connection is a little weak in the rooms

The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I remember Ian and Kenneth in particular being friendly but all of the staff were brilliant. The thing that stood out the most was that they allowed us to stay in the hotel all day at the pool and spa as our flight was not until 23:00 so we did not have to worry about finding somewhere to be during the day after we had checked out. We thought that was really good of them.

I would say for the cost the room was quite small and basic but this is me being picky as we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

The website provides no information on the fitness centre, so the assumption is there isn't one. Only when I arrived did I notice there was a fitness centre. Unfortunately I never packed any workout clothing. I'm vegetarian and the hotel caters for this. When having breakfast there's a friendly man bringing savoury snacks to your table. In the week I was there they were all meat based

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff are all very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They have a multitude of dining options on the premises and all are fantastic. The spa and pool areas are wonderful as well. The lobby is quite beautiful as well and is nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or schedule teatime.
