Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable from start to finish. Everything was great — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll to the beach and within easy 15 min drive distance of the charming old town. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. For a 3-star hotel in Europe, it’s a fantastic find — offering excellent value for money with a perfect balance between comfort, quality, and affordability. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and welcoming place by the sea.

The incredibly kind and friendly front desk staff treat everyone with such professionalism and go out of their way to help! Being right by the beach is wonderful and peaceful.

Dining staff seem exhausted trying to keep up with the constant influx of guests, although were doing their best. I understand why it's 3 star as some facilities should have been renovated by now. Still a lovely, affordable and great hotel to stay at.

The staff were phenomenal, so helpful and friendly. Everywhere was super clean. Great options for drinks at the bar. Variety of food for each meal, lots of fresh fruit (though it may not be to everyone's taste, basic but satisfactory). Lovely pool area Beach and views are beautiful. Great value.

The rooms are a little tired and could do with a little tlc. It's super clean, though. A little outside the town, but there are bus and Uber options, both very reasonable. Food might not be everyone's taste but plentiful and satisfactory. Would still recommend and stay again.

Location location location! Peacefully quiet at the end of a road. Very close to the beach with easy access paths for good beachside walks.

The dining situation. Fellow guests were disrespectful, pushy and rude and ate like there’s no tomorrow! The majority of the guests were Slovenian, they used their towels to reserve sun beds but lay unoccupied for hours.

Before going I saw reviews moaning about the food. I am Gluten Intolerant and always found something to eat. The Pork belly was the best I have tasted. The salads were fresh and very good. The breakfast was good with everything being topped up constantly. Soft drinks and wine are on tap, just go and help yourself. Yes there are set times for each meal but its not hard to wait for an hour or 2. The staff were friendly and efficient. When paying for your room at book in they add a service charge for the staff. I didn't mind this as people forget to tip and it is also shared equally with the staff behind the scenes. It is a bit out of the way of Zadar Old Town but you can walk (it was a bit far for me ) or there are 3 bus stops not far from the Hotel which take you down to the Post Office where the bridge over to Old Town is. The hotel is a bit dated but you have to remember what you have paid to stop there all inclusive and I personally like a hotel with character.

My only negative comment would be the bar shutting for free drinks at 10. This does however have the plus side that there are no drunken guests making a noise in the early hours.

My initial room had a malfunctioning light so I got another (better) room. I very much liked it! It was spacious, cool, clean & I even extended my stay! It is right by the beach & it is easy to get into the city & to the airport. It is worn but superclean & everything you need is there.

The way other guests treat the staff. Big kudos for all the hard workers here!!!

As the some of the reviewers mentioned the hotel looks old and needs TCL. But the hotel is in quiet place surrounded by trees. The beach is on front of the hotel. The beach is quiet and the water is fantastic. Also we have got all inclusive and the good is ok. You will find something you like to eat. All over I like the hotel and will go there again.

It needs some refurbishment.

Location, beaches, good private coast, pool, bar, large space everywhere, it's just wonderful. Nicely maintained gardens, trees, coastal yards, sunbeds, I relaxed very well, my holiday was wonderful, I came home very charged. Thank you All inclusive. Nice food, for everyone. Many choices. Perfect.

The noise. Next door water squad, aqua sports, jetski ring .terrible noise engines roared, fuel smell almost all day. It's non sense. They should talk to that owner I think to use between certain hours

Set in a resort complex. It’s old but we’ll maintained and clean with some touches to try and update it. All inclusive food and drink were great. It’s right on the beach lots of sun beds, and has a nice pool. Staff warm friendly and helpful.

Nothing but if I had to say anything. The water went off mid shower on one morning of our stay. It’s about a 30- 40 minute stroll into town, but the walks pleasant and enjoyable around the marinas and bays. Uber is chap and you can catch a bus.

it’s a clean , decent hotel ( please pay attention to the amount that you are paying here and to what you get for it) the beach is close and it’s really enjoyable , the selection of hot dishes is pleasing and everybody should find something for themselves without a complain . drinks from the bar - wine & beer & palinka - no complains ! you need to pay 35-45 kuna for the more time consuming preparation-wise drinks which is FAIR ! I really liked this hotel , don’t get these divas complaining - if you are on budget this a great choice
