Lovely hotel in the centre of Cortina. Our room was small but thoughtfully designed with a lot of storage and the balcony was nice. Staff at reception were very nice, we woke up early one morning for a hike and they were kind enough to prepare us a generous breakfast box to pick up and take with us. Be aware that the town is extremely hectic with all of the construction leading up to the Olympics. Driving around town and the hotel is not easy. We were able to stop at the side of the hotel to check in and then the staff directed us to several paid and free parking spots around town which worked out well for us in the end.

The location was awesome. I loved being close to the center with such gorgeous views. Staff was also very friendly. I’m American so I’m used to a little more space and thicker mattresses but I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was. One of the best places we stayed on our whole trip in Europe!

Room was a little tight, but economical. Only real complaint was the shower was small and one of the shower doors was broken so water leaked on the floor.

We came by rental car and google maps told us to drive down oneway streets and pedestrian walkways. Confusing to get there. Lots of construction throughout the city. Once there, very good location. Very yummy choices for breakfast. The woman maning the breakfast was helpful. The room was very small. not much room to store luggage. Quiet room with comfy bed. There were nice views out the windows.

The room was smaller than we thought when booking. The parking was a bit expensive. No parking for larger cars.

The staff was so helpful and sweet. In general the service was amazing and the room was a good size. I would definetly stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

The only thing I can put a finger on was the breakfast. A lot of the opportunities were cakes in different forms and there wasn't alot of bread to choose from, which is why I can't give the whole stay a 10. I don't know about the traditional breakfast there, so maybe it's just me, but otherwise everything else was perfect!

The locations is really good and accessible. The people in the reception are very welcoming. Breakfast has a lot of selection and my room is cozy and quiet. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, Im happy with my stay. Plus the view of my window is direct to the dolomites.

The location is superb and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are traditional mountain-style with room for everything. Our room had a larger balcony with great views. The included breakfast is awesome.

Nothing was sub-par. Our bus arrived at close to 10:00 and the listing said the front desk closed at 9, so I made separate arrangements with some back and forth emails, but then it turned out that the front desk was open till 10:30 anyway, so I could have saved some extra trouble, but it was no big deal.

We loved the central location, walking distance to the bus stop and restaurants. Breakfast was included in our stay and we were very happy being able to have a full breakfast including eggs before a big day of hiking. We especially liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. We had a problem with our transport being cancelled on the day of check out and the reception attendant ( I cant recall his name) was able to arrange alternative transport and kept us informed on the arrival time of the car.

It was right on the main street through town, but more toward the end, making it quieter. It had fantastic views, great staff, and we were overall very pleased.

Nothing. In town, there were a number of cranes in use, and several places being renovated, likely in anticipation of the upcoming winter Olympics in 2026, so it was a little hard to get good pictures of the mountains without a crane in them.

The location was excellent right in the middle of the town. There are plenty of things to do around the town from this location. The facilities were spotlessly clean. We were travelling as a family (my husband and myself, and our daughter and her husband. We had a combining room and shared bathroom on the 3rd level overlooking the church and into the mountains. The included breakfast was a treat with plenty to choose from. Even though we were next to the bell tower of the church, this wasn't a problem as the bell doesn't ring during the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and their English is very good.

We were very impressed so there is nothing to dislike.

An option of a breakfast “goody bag” would have been really good, we missed out on breakfast 3 mornings because we wanted to get out early on the hikes or had a long day planned. Something like a croissant and fruit etc we could pick up the night before would be perfect
