Perfect location to visit the city, we had the possibility to leave the lugguage before the check in

No possibility to fully open the single window of the room, it would be good in order to change the air after showers (the bathroom has no window).

When I arrived they give an other olroom with different description for one night but when I insisted to change it, they gave an other room the same view as I booked online .the reception ANIKA and the others were very professional. The room is very clean.

The reception hall and counter is very simple and it should be better .it doesn't give us a good feeling when we enter the reception. I thought if the reception hall is ugly what about the room .

The employee I have been in contact with was very kind and helpful. There was enough space and it was really clean. We could sleep well. There was a small desk which made my working on the laptop great. Also, we asked for a double bed for a couple, and a baby bed. They wrote they could not manage a baby bed on such a short notice, and we were upgraded I guess to a room with a double and a single bed - we did not need / use it, but I did appreciate their "Entgegenkommen". I presume I will visit this hotel again, for it is close to the Romanian consulate, which I have to visit from time to time.

Checking in was quick and efficient, staff very smiley and polite. Room was clean and of a good size, king size bed. Tower fan in room was godsend. Nice sized walk in shower. Breakfast was a self serve type buffet, which was being refilled and checked by staff, simple, but satisfying.

The refrigerator had been removed, which was on the original room description, which was a pity as it would have good to keep drinks cool.

The amazing central location Super friendly and helpful staff The rooms were perfect, nice and cool, sound proof so felt very quiet, clean, modern. The fact that we could leave our luggage in a secure room at checkout so we could enjoy our day without having to carry luggage around with us and come and pick it up later before our flight. Litterally a no fuss stay and great value for money. There are a lot of nice places to eat within walking distance as well!

There is nothing I didn't like :) it was fuss-free and great value for money! We'll absolutely be back next time we go to Berlin! :)

The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to go out to see the sights many times because it was too comfortable. And there is floor heating so it doesn't get cold. The young boy at the front desk was very good looking and he answered our questions very patiently and we loved him. The aunt who cleans the room is also very gentle. When I accidentally broke a cup, she was afraid that I would get hurt and she helped me very thoughtfully. I felt warm from these details.

The facilities in the bathroom are a bit rudimentary, and it is difficult for the bath water to drain away and water will accumulate. The sink drain was broken and had to be dug out by hand, but luckily it looked clean so I put up with it.

It was very homely, good value for money (we didn't have breakfast), and the staff were great. The bed was incredibly comfy bed and really good shower. Good parks, supermarkets, and so many good food options locally. Short walk to Potsdamer Platz Station and main square and shopping center but also very easy to get public transport anywhere in the city. Would stay here again when visiting Berli.

Could have done with a kettle and cups in the room, even without tea and coffee provided. Maybe an English chanel (not just American news) on the TV

The staff were incredibly lovely and friendly. They offered destination advice and info about ongoing events. They accommodated my luggage and checked in a bit earlier. I had a fantastic stay here

The only critique I had of this hotel is the commute to the rest of berlin/Alexanderplatz is a bit longer than other options especially if your interested in the night life but still very manageable.

Very nice and helpful staff, very clean, good localisation.

It would be nice for the room to have an electric kettle, two plates/mugs/sets of cutlery. The fridge didn't work very good. The pillows were quite used (but very clean). The window didn't close and the outside was quite noisy at night.

The staff were polite and helpful The location was excellent for the underground and really nice places to eat and drink The rooms were clean daily and we got fresh towels even though we were happy to use them for a couple of days.

It was exceptionally hot when we stayed and the room was uncomfortably warm. We were given an extra fan but air conditioning would have made it a 10/10.
