Bungalows were very nice and we loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the nature around us. Pool was great and mostly quiet. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant but it was good on both occasions. Moped rental was perfect with no issues at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cool bar on the beach is within walking distance and was perfect.

The resort is located on the quiet (south) side of the island, and we found the grabs/taxis to be more expensive than other places in Thailand. This could be quite difficult if you’re unable to ride mopeds & the nearest 7/11 was about a 15 minute walk. Rooms could’ve done with a clean mid-stay & maybe a couple of more sun beds around the pool.

Che and Martina, the owners are very engaging and helpful. A big site with lots of room, meaning rooms are not on top of each other. Good sized pool with natural shade from Coco trees. Restaurant where the owners are hands on, think they are or were both chefs, not surprisingly the food hits the mark. Close, a few hundred mts from a great but quiet beach. Value for money. The location is in the South of Samui, which in my opinion is the more beautiful part of the island. If you want nightlife, bars, boom-boom the South doesn't have. However if you want the Samui of old, quiet and chilled then Paw Paw and surrounding area is the place.

Maybe extra hanging space or set of drawers for clothes.

The hotel restaurant far exceeded our expectations. We shared a few appetizers and then had Thai-style burgers — the best food we’ve had so far during our two-plus weeks in Thailand. A fine-dining-like experience at a price comparable to simpler, basic Thai eateries. We’re already looking forward to eating here again tomorrow. Room, pool, etc. — everything was very clean, pleasant, and well-maintained. If you stay here, be prepared to be a bit farther from the 7-Elevens and similar places than you might be used to if you’ve stayed right in the middle of e.g. Chaweng. The pool area is much nicer to hang out in than the beach, although the beach is close by (it’s shallow and not nearly as swim-friendly as, for example, Chaweng). A cozy place well worth a visit if you appreciate a beautiful garden, a nice pool area, hillside bungalows, and an excellent hotel restaurant, given the price.

This was my second stay with Paw Paw Resort, spending another month with them, visiting friends on the island. I absolutely love staying here. The location, on the South East of the island is perfect. Their restaurant serves really delicious food and the beach is a short stroll away. The bungalow was spotless and their staff, whether housekeeping or gardeners are constantly keeping the resort clean and tidy. I'll be back again!

I can't think of a negative... There simply wasn't one.

The bungalows were really big and very clean. I liked the calmness, it really felt like a comfortable retreat. The owner and the staff are very kind and super talkative, as a lone traveller you definitively don't feel lonely there. The restaurant at the resort is also a great choice to dine in. The food is very well done and it has its own lovely touch, which makes it really special. It is convenient if you can ride a bike, but even without, using grab made it easy to get around.

The location is very nice, the atmosphere is very relaxing. I stayed just for one night and am a bit sad about this - didn't have a chance to check out the pool and the restaurant for breakfast/dinner. The bar at the beach was also closed that day :( The beach is very nice btw. The owners were super friendly in the messages here on Booking prior to my arrival, and the staff on site were so too. I've been allowed to do an early check-in. Would be happy to come back for a longer stay.

The wi-fi signal was not so good. Humidity / mosquitoes in the room.

The bungalows were big but still cozy. The pool is beautiful and the view is amazing. the staff was friendly, helpful und sweet with the kids. The beach is small and with the most beautiful bar (Cool Bar) on it. We love everything! We book for a week but actually stayed for 12 days.

The menu at the restaurant could have a few more meals for kids.

Beautiful cottages, well equipped and very clean. The cottages are surrounding a very pretty garden. And the pool is stunning too. All together it is a beautiful and quiet place, away from the busy streets of koh Samui. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the huge rooms in our cottage and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great time!

Nice place in natural environment, right next to the beach with a small very nice restaurant.

The man at the frontdesk was just plane rude. Maybe he had a bad week or a lot of stress otherwise I would say he is not the right man for the hospitality business. The woman was nice as long ng as the man was not around.
