We loved having this hotel as our base while we explored Mallorca! It's close to Palma and several beautiful beaches. The area around the hotel is more of a party scene, but you could reach Palma in 15 mins by taxi, which is where we preferred to go to eat in the evenings. The beach right next to the hotel has turqouise water, so if you are looking to just lay on the beach, this hotel is perfect for you! I've seen some reviews with complaints about the noise around the hotel, but we weren't bothered at all. Last, but not least: The breakfast buffet was lovely, and also the staff at the hotel are super nice :-)

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but we do have a couple of pointers as the rooms could benefit from having a fridge, and also the furniture on the balcony could use a tiny upgrade – maybe a bigger table to go with the chairs? We also got locked out on the balcony – we closed the sliding door all the way and it locked from the inside. It all worked out and ended up being a pretty funny experience, but the hotel should see if that can be fixed!

-Location: very close to the beach like 2 mins walk -Breakfast : excellent varieties -Staff: both day and night staff are friendly -You can use bathroom or shower downstairs after checking out. -You can refill water in the restaurant anytime and don’t need to buy the water - After checking out,The locker room on the 1st floor has huge space with chairs and sofa to pack your luggage if needed.

The bathroom door is hard to open and it caused huge noise to open it. We ended up not fully closed the door when in use. The toilet downstairs could really make some effort to make it cleaner. Too many flies there which is a shame as 99% time when we stayed in the hotel is extremely clean. Soap is not replaced after clean the room. We had to ask the reception for the soap. As this is near the beach so it is predictable that’s the guests will need to use the soap to wash the swimming suits..etc.

The location is unmatched and the property is clean all around. The pool was nice, the breakfast something to look forward to and not miss. Above all though the staff was very helpful and cheerful. Shoutout to Sandra who checked us in and made sure we were having a pleasant time. Room service did a thorough job each day - difficult task given the sand that inevitably makes its way into the room. :/ Also if you need a taxi they can call you one from the lobby. It’s also not in the thick of the other hotels so you couldn’t hear late night parties. Would definitely recommend!

Having towels for at least the pool would’ve been nice but otherwise buying towels on the streets was possible for max 3€.

We really enjoyed the plentiful breakfasts — there was always something to choose from every day, even though we stayed for 10 days. The hotel’s location is close to the sea, but the nearest beach is often closed (in our case, it was closed for the entire stay), so you need to walk about 1,000 m to the next beach. The staff were amazing — helpful, explained everything, arranged a car rental, cleaned every day, and kept everything very tidy, so we can only recommend this place. Public transport accessibility is excellent; from the airport, the bus ride takes about 60 minutes (depending on which bus you take and the traffic conditions).

A drawback is the hotel’s location — it is situated in a dark alley where street vendors have their stalls and walk around offering goods on the beach. The alley has a strong smell of urine and feces, with overall dirtiness. The hotel corridor has a laminate floor, so it is always very noisy at night when someone comes to their room or in the morning during cleaning. Carpets would be much quieter. The room had a few signs of wear and tear, such as chipped corners and water-stained, damaged flooring. We missed having a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea... There was no minibar at all in the room.

1min to the beach, 3 stars is what it is. Worth the money! Good breakfast. Free water 24/7 in the kantina area. Good houskeeping service. Friendly stuff. Easy check inn/out. Clean. Recomended

Coffee from the machines during breakfast was feeleing like decaf. We were buying from the reception after few days. Better coffee there. Parking is big problem in Arenal. Consider 30 min in average going round in circles. Pillows were ginving me neckpain. Water presure was not giving conatnat water temperature in the shower.

Everything was perfect, value, staff, breakfast, super clean, every day sheets were changed.

Too bad it was located in S Arenal, germans & england drunk people all around, streets are full of them and they think they can do what ever they want. Normal people cannot walk on the street any time of the day because of them. At night you can see how discusting they are, that street is suppose to be for a nice walk by the long beach. Hotel Gracia is perfect hotel but located at wrong place in my opinion.

Perfect hotel for a simple 7-day vacation. Just one block away from the main street & beach. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Trust me, I scoured every single hotel alongside the beach under 1300€. This one was literally the best value. Food, rooms, service, location every box ticked and for much less than the hotels I found.

The hotel was perfectly positioned - very close to the beach so you could nip back in the day plus it was central to all restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned and bed made every day by the fabulous housekeeping team. The breakfast buffet provided a great choice of fresh fruit, meat, cheese and salad as well as hot treats of eggs, bacon, sausages etc. The staff couldn't have done any more to make our stay more enjoyable - they are a terrific team and work hard to provide a A* service.

It was clean, comfortable and a few blocks from Metro Station and one block to the beach and lots of restaurants. The included breakfast was wonderful with lots of meats, cheeses, egg dishes, breads and fruits, cereal, yoghurt, etc.

If we had been in the room next door, we would have had perfect sunsets nightly, as our view was partially blocked by a building. That room remained empty for the five nights we were there.

There was plenty to choose from at the breakfast station. The staff are all so friendly and helpful.Want to take this opportunity to thank Giselle ,Janet and Javier for all their kindness and professionalism The hotel is spotless and it was very handy to shops, beaches and some fabulous restaurants especially El Nilo and The Beach Club.

The street outside isn't the best. It was clean enough but the pavements are broken and you just have to be extra careful on your feet.
