Location is very good- Maspalomas dunes are very close, Ingles beach is just behind. Supermarkets and restaurants are near as well. Keep in mind that Maspalomas has winds “pasades” so being in the beach is a bit hard due to winds so it is very important to have nice pool and area at your place. And this was it- pool is really heated, often it is being a lie, but it is definately a warm enough pool to swim. It is quiet new and nice looking. Pleanty of parking around

I did found one cockroach each night- which made my family crazy as they are afraid of it, could not sleep after it. Although I think it is comon that im canary islands, we europeans hate cockraches

Freshly renovated and spacious one-room bungalows. Comfortable big bed, nice shower and a nice build-in kitchen with everything you need, was very convenient. Located in a quiet area close to the beach ánd walkable to everything you want to see in playa del ingles. I’ll definitely book this accommodation again when i return.

Housekeeping was really bad. It was more like a turn-down service but I repeat they DONT clean your room. When the first house-keeper came to clean bungalow I noticed it wasn’t clean, my first thought was “oh well, whatever, no big deal”. But after a few times in a row my room was NOT consistently cleaned properly AT ALL. They don’t give out new bed sheets, and they don’t clean thoroughly. I got house keeping at least 5 times, and it was left dirty every time.

The design and layout of the hotel is excellent with most of the rooms focused around two stunning swimming pools. Inside, the rooms have a modern sleek finish.

I would stay at the hotel again but not in a Studio with Pool View. Our room (L01) was very tight on space with nowhere to put the cases. The room also pointed north so the sun never shone into the room and the terrace outside was in shade for almost the entire day. My advice would be to pay a bit extra and stay in the 1 or 2 bed rooms which look significantly better value for money.

Modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great beds and pillows. Clean, well maintained with regular testing swimming pool and grounds. Quiet, relaxed and secure accommodation, near shops, restaurants and 10/15 minutes walk to beach/sand dunes. The staff are the real stars, hardworking, friendly and accommodating. We have enjoyed every time we have stayed here and already booked to return.

The facility is very clean. Each apartment has its own sun beds, the staff is very nice. Dunes are in 2 minutes, shop, same. However, I didn't like the atmosphere. It is useful that they have the possibility to do laundry and to rent beach towels.

I didn't like the atmosphere. Everyone is watching what everyone is doing, no one has privacy. The guests are mostly elderly people and/or homosexual couples. The pool is cold in May.

Me and my partner both agreed this was once of the best places we have stayed, and we have travelled alot. The room was amazing and also the facilities were exceptional. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The location was perfect as you are right next to the beach while also being within waking distance of anything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I would comment about regarding this matter is that we didn't have an oven in the room. This was only a problem because being a self service bungalow you do not get breakfast, lunch and dinner which is fine. But without an oven it makes it hard to make your own food as you are very limited. We were excited to make our own breakfast and lunch to eat outside our bungalow but we were unable to do so.

Great location, beautiful entrance, friendly staff and loved the aesthetic of the bungalows and surrounding, it was not too crowded, the airconditioning worked great and we thought it was very clever that every bungalow has its own sun-beds.

The pool didn’t seem to be heated so it was quite cold. We didn’t have a flat iron in our bungalow and didn’t bring our traveling steam iron, asked for one at the reception but they seemed to have run out of flat irons. Also the shower drainage didn’t work too well so the water from the shower overflowed.

Everything looked lovely. Room was nice and the pool area also great.

Old tv-s. No Netflix but one of the TV was new enough to connect your phone and that helped. You can use washing machine for extra money but drying options very limited ( I guess it wouldn’t look good if everyone were drying their laundry in front of fancy bungalows). Coffee maker was also old school ( dripping), and we had tiny ants on our kitchen wall.

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation. Both the domain and the bungalow were very well cared for. You notice that during covid the domain was totally renewed and very well maintained by the staff. On the 2nd day, we also met the owner or manager. She came for a chat at the bungalow. Gave us good tips on excursions but also the free services the reception can arrange for you. Such as delivery of groceries to the bungalow, airport transportation, car rental, cab, ... Very convenient is also obtaining bottles of water at the reception. That way you don't have to return yourself with these bottles from the store. The pool was very pleasant in temperature and chlorinated water. The convenient thing about the bungalows is that you have your own sunbeds + umbrella. No hassles with towels and such. In addition there are also some fancy sunbeds that you can use. About the bungalows we can't say anything bad. They thought about everything during renovation. Good low-maintenance materials were used. We had a bungalow with 2 nice bedrooms, modern bathroom and good working air conditioning. All amenities such as coffee maker, fridge with separate freezer. On the terrace is the table and we enjoyed as a family to eat breakfast on the terrace in the morning. The rooms were always very well cleaned and towels are changed every 2 days. Highly recommended for any family vacation with both young and older children.

I can't say anything bad

Great location. Nicely laid put for relaxing. Quiet in day and at night. Very clean. Daily cleaning if wanted. Great shower pressure and loads of hot water. Felt very safe. Security good.

Having to put toilet paper in bin...not mentioned in description.... No instructions for equipment eg.microwave or hob.
