Location, staff very pleasant and helpful, wellness centre and spa, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, nice pool area, great views across the bay. 4 different areas for bedrooms, ours across the road in refurbished block. Near Palma, free buses stopped outside hotel, easy to order a taxi

Because the hotel is on the side of a cliff, lots of steps to get to the different areas. There are lifts to get everywhere except to the pools which are at the bottom. Only shower gel, no shampoo, body lotion etc so a bit sparse for a 4* hotel. A bottle of water in room on arrival, told not to drink tap water but no more water provided. Not everything working in the spa and the jacuzzi area in the indoor pool was very small.

The staff was 10/10 very attentive and polite. I believe that the location is the best around Illetas very quiet and with all the facilities you can easily stay into the hotel the whole week.

Parking should be mentioned in advance to be 20€ per day or at least pre charged during booking process to avoid any customer frustration. At the end I prefer to park outside which you can easily find parking next to the hotel just paying 3/4€ per day. If you would pre charged prior booking with guaranteed parking no guest would say anything and guest could be still be able to opt out from the option. I DIDN’T really like that but is nothing that staff can do unfortunately and they address the matter very politely. I understand that this is addressed above their job role. Double Bed should be double mattress and not two single mattress joined for the price you pay per day.

We really enjoyed staying here. Santiago was really helpful at reception. Its a lovely hotel with access for sea swim and indoor/outdoor pool and sauna etc all included. Buffet breakfast was great too. Very spacious 1 bedroom with balcony. Clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you don't mind being out of the city a bit (about 30- 40 minutes by bus to centre, bus stop outside hotel, about €35 euro taxi from airport).

Lunch meal seemed undercooked, might have been a one off and staff were apologetic. Didn't get to try the dinner meals. Drain smell in bathroom was strong, but I think that might be a common issue.

Breakfast, access to the beach, atmosphere and reception staff. Every evening there is entertainment at the bar. Bus stop is right next to the hotel which brings you to the city center in about 40mins. Sugggested car rental was great. If you are two or more persons, not worth renting a bicycle, as it costs the same as the car. SPA was decent as well, no service or tea, but saunas were good.

Even the updated rooms look very run down. Broken mirrors, broken tiles in the shower, deep dents in the wall and dirty walls. No silence lining around the door, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor. Beach bar staff (one girl) kept talking to her BF on the phone and ignoring the guests. It was fine for us, something we could ignore but it does influence my scoring.

Staff were absolutely exceptional and really made the trip enjoyable. The location and outdoor space are absolutely amazing and the access to the sea and the pools are beautiful. Great cocktails from the outdoor bar and the breakfast and dinner were fab! Highly recommend a sea view as the views from the hotel rooms are absolutely stunning. Bus stop is right outside the hotel to Palma… €2 but must be paid in cash. Was worried there wouldn’t be much around in terms of shops but a little supermarket right outside and a stunning beach right down the road.

Almost everything was perfect! Staff was friendly, everything looked beautiful and the view was stunning. We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean and being able to go for a swim. Breakfast was good! It's Easy to go to Palma with a bus that stops right outside the hotel.

They had a very nice indoor pool that was supposed to be warmed up but it wasn't warm every day. Some days it seemed like they didn't turn it on. Their dinner buffet is rather pricey, 30 euros per person and their café/restaurant is overpriced as well. We could eat cheaper in town. We were there in March which is considered off season so almost everything is closed in the neighborhood. The next small store is about 10 minutes away. That didn't bother us, but good to have in mind :)

The staff was very polite, the welcome drink was really a surprise. The food in the restaurant and the service was very good. We liked the atmosphere in the hotel with the compilation of old furniture and paintings and the new stuff, the terraces and the garden, the way the access to beach and sea is organised.

The rooms are with no noise isolation. Everything from the corridor and showers from next apartments is heard. No enough places to hang towels, especially at the balcony.

The lovely staff make this hotel the place to stay. Every single one was genuinely helpful and always with a smile. The location is fabulous too. Very authentic and pretty. A special shout out to Josu, the life guard. What a fantastic asset to your hotel..always ready to help, chat and goes out of his way to make sure every guest is happy!

I would have liked to have known the superior room was in a block where renovations were ongoing. It was quite noisy. Also for a renovated room there is no excuse for a very old and rusty mini fridge. There was no way we'd store anything in that.

The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location which cascades down to the water. The spa and relaxation facilities were splendid as was the breakfast. The front desk staff were helpful and resourceful. The breakfast buffet staff were welcoming and kind. We even appreciated the hidden gems like the table tennis table. All at such an affordable price too!

The rooms could use a bit of polish as the air cons were hit and miss and the shower pressure was intense! The staff at the bar and restaurant upstairs are pretty lazy and are more about having fun amongst themselves than providing customer service. None of this detracted from the overall experience.

Property was amazing, great service and great view. Buffet was amazing and had an amazing selection. Enjoyed the entertainment offered. Spa facilities were incredible.

In terms of value for money, you would think you would get more for the amount of money you paid. For example, actual shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We paid half board and while there was drinks for breakfast. There was nothing for Dinner, forcing you to order drinks. I would recommend offering jugs of water which guests could then take to their tables during dinner service. In terms of the property my only complaint is that our room was on the first floor and in the evenings we would get the scent of sewage coming from our bathroom.
