The hotel is very convenient for the airport and was perfectly fine for one night. The room & bathroom were clean, comfortable and modern.

The main entrance/lobby to the hotel looks very tatty, tired and dated. This should be refreshed as it is the first thing you see as you enter the hotel and it does not give a good first impression. The actual hotel rooms have clearly been recently updated, so hopefully the lobby will soon follow. The towels in our room were very thin, old, worn out and grey in colour, which was disappointing. There was a coffee machine, but no creamer or milk provided. The room is very small, but fine for one night.

Ideal for a late night arrival from Bordeaux airport. There is a tram that passes the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Amazing choice and good value. The receptionist on the morning of 16th October was exceptionally helpful. She wrote down exactly how to get into Bordeaux and then back to the airport. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Now for a confession. Despite the breakfast sign saying: Food for consumption in the restaurant, not take away, I couldn't resist a pain au chocolat for later. However, waiting for the tram, an elderly woman was searching the bins ( for food?) So I paid it forward and gave her my extra pastry. Who knows what her story is...:-(

Apologies for being a Brit, (not my fault I was born in the UK) but my heart belongs in France. However, the need for a cuppa ( tea) is ingrained so a kettle in the room would have been good. Also, I was surprised to pay 4.50 Euros for a small bottle of water?

Couldn't fault other than the rooms were a little on the small size, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, just right! The shower was a treat, with double heads to choose from. Everything needed was provided, coffee machine, hairdryer etc. The food menu, plenty to choose from, and the food was lovely, breakfast was good too, good choice including scrambled eggs and bacon, friendly attentive staff, one of the best hotels we've stayed in, on our trips too and from Spain.

Just the rooms were a little on the small size, that's it.

The facilities in the bedroom and bathroom were extremely good. Recently renovated, the facilities were fresh and clean. The positioning of sockets and mirrors was excellent. The lighting for drying hair and applying makeup was excellent.

We were disappointed that when we took our breakfast, certain dishes had not been replenished. As we were finishing our breakfast fresh bread was brought into the restaurant. The choice is extensive and good to see that local producers are being supported

Very friendly & accommodating staff at the property. They swiftly provided us with a new room when there was an issue with the toilet seat in our room. The property is opposite to the tram line.

The fact that there was no mini fridge in the room(s). This would’ve been very handy, especially as we travelled with a baby who we usually prep milk for in advance and store in the fridge but we made it work without the fridge. Wish breakfast was for longer period (time slot) Wish restaurant was open all days of the week and till late.

Very easy access from airport - 1 tram stop and it is right opposite hotel. Room smallish but perfectly adequate for one night, bedding decent quality and comfy bed. Shower room smart and functional. Checked in at 23.00 and guy on desk very polite and helpful.

Breakfast- total rip-off at over 16 euros. Very little choice of anything hot, no cereal, poor quality coffee from machine and no sign of any staff. If you are flying out from airport, pricey though it may be, my advice would be to get breakfast there, or better still, find a local café (or go to Mercure, who do a very good breakfast). Two girls were supposedly working on reception and in bar next to breakfast room but kept disappearing and completely ignored me.

The toilette and shower was recently renovated and very clean and pretty. The bed was also very comfortable. There was a full bar and breakfast but I did not take it, so do not know about quality. The tram line is right outside and goes to the airport starting at 4:45am.

Hotel was a little hard to find - it is tucked back from the street in a dark wooded parking area. The lobby in the hotel was not very nice and could use some updating (carpet and furnishings not very attractive).

Very convenient to Bordeaux airport, one stop on the tram which was helpful in the evening. We walked back to the airport the next morning to pick up our hire car, only took 15 minutes. Very quiet hotel, room and bathroom very clean

Air conditioning was too cold and we couldn't seem to reduce the fan speed so increased the temperature which seemed to make a bit of difference. It would have been nice to have had a kettle but the coffee was good.

Room seemed to have been recently renovated so was modern with useful extras like magnetic phone charger. Reception was very basic so we were very pleasantly surprised when we got to the rooms. Super quiet and excellent air con. Very good value for money. Tram station also right outside. Good communication from them too as we had a very late check in.

Reception is very dated with harsh lighting. We booked a family room but they weren’t actually joined internally just two adjoining rooms. It wasn’t a problem for us as our kids are teenagers but it might be for others with younger children.

Near the airport, with the team right across. The staff was welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The AC worked beautifully which was not the case with my hotel in Milan. Nice, clean modern bathroom.

Did not have a mini fridge. So useful when you want to buy a couple of yogurts etc. The hair dryer wasn’t fabulous but it did the job..
