The hotel is in a fabulous position in the centre of town and had a refurb recently. The reception, dining area and bar areas are fantastic. We also spent some time in the spa area outside (sauna, steam room and pool, although the steam room was locked) Overall a good hotel in a fantastic location
Although the hotel itself had a refurb, some of the rooms are a little dated. It was clean, reasonably comfortable, but in comparison to the overall hotel, was not to the same standard

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the public areas are fantastic - with a real mountain lodge feel, The breakfast was incredible - everything you could want and more. They even offer complementary bottles (paper) of water for you to take skiing with you. The bar and lounge area are cosy and on some nights they have a DJ. We upgraded to a new room, because the old rooms are not great. Enjoyed our room with its view over the mountain, but the lighting in the rooms needs work. IT was also very handy having the ski lockers right under the gondola and the parking right under the hotel.
The reception staff could give a little more information about the facilities, as in where to find the ski locker etc. The lighting in our room was not ideal and a kingsize bed would have been fantastic, however the double bed was very comfortable.

The common areas are beautifully decorated and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for winter days and nights. With charming fireplaces adding to the ambiance, it's an ideal mountain retreat. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast good as well. The location is superb, boasting stunning mountain views, and it's conveniently less than a 5-minute walk to the slopes.
The rooms require a modern update, as the furnishings, flooring, and bathrooms feel outdated. Additionally, the internet connection in the bedrooms is unreliable, making it difficult to work from there. You may need to go to the common areas for a more stable connection.

Location of hotel perfect!! Breakfast fabulous Renovations great in public areas - bedrooms def need renovating & modernising. Gather this will take place later this year.
Noise!! Very loud music can be heard in bedrooms esp on Saturday until after midnight. Hopefully renovations will include soundproofing! Shame spa wasn’t open as think that will be great addition. Also no games room - last time we came there was pool tables and card tables etc.

The location, bar, and restaurant are spacious, luxurious, and cozy. The food at breakfast and the good-value evening buffet were excellent. The outdoor spa and swimming pool are superb.
The wifi was not so good, The ski lockers were confusingly about 100m away from the hotel in the resort communal car park which was inconvenient on day of the holiday. I think that some of the standard bedrooms were about to be re-decorated.

Location of this hotel is perfect. The views to the snowy mountains make it magical. Breakfast was amazing since its a buffet style with so many options to choose. The front desk staff was very nice. They gave us a crib for our baby that was clean and comfortable.
The rooms are outdated. Mold on the bathroom wall tiles and the cleaning staff didn't do much to clean it. In hotel industry a towel on the floor means I need a clean one, and they just put it back on the holder. Floors are tile and they just swipe with a towel leaving a lot of dirt and dust all over.

The hotel is lovely. The communal areas have all been renovated and it feels very luxurious. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable enough and I understand that these are also being renovated. We stayed for 3 nights and had bed and breakfast. The breakfast buffet in the hotel is excellent. I imagine that this hotels star rating will increase as soon as they open the spa/pool.
There is a restaurant in the hotel called Beso. This should be avoided at all costs! Expensive, extremely average food and the staff were a little rude. I would recommend eating at the hotel half board buffet or going elsewhere for dinner as there are loads of great restaurants in the plaza/town

The public areas are very stylish and comfortable. The staff are excellent and always smiling. The ski store was very convenient to the gondolas.
The instructions for finding the hotel didn't include the parking area and parking was very expensive - €24 per day. The bedrooms were dated, basic and in need of renovation, but they were spotlessly clean. No fridge in the room, which is a basic requirement

Fantastic breakfast Public area beautifully decorated and great lay out
Terrible cleaning. They forgot to clean our room. Plus the public toilets were disgusting. With the amount of mobile phones needing charged every room should have one accessible charging point. Ours didn’t. Nor were there any coat hooks despite it being a ski resort and there being plenty of wall space.
