We stayed in a superior king suite. It had a full kitchen (!!), a living room with couch, table, chairs, TV, a small balcony, a nice sized bathroom, separate room for toilet, and a nice bed in the bedroom. The staff was incredibly polite, always offering help, always available. We loved their beautiful pool. They also had a nice courtyard patio where people could eat, as well as the restaurant where we ate breakfast. We also chose to eat breakfast there on most of our days and the service was great. We were especially impressed with the tall, young man who worked there each morning. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and really enjoyed ourselves.

The door from the room with the toilet and the room into the bathroom were a bit awkward, but compared to everything else it was not a huge issue. From this hotel, we often had to take 2 trams to get to a more central spot, but once you are oriented on your location, it's fine. There are many restaurants nearby.

Room was great, small but perfect for what we needed with the little sofa and living room, kitchenette. Check in was easy. Location is perfect, and not noisy, it is close to walk everywhere but also near public transport.

Breakfast ridiculously expensive - we didn't have it at 30 EUR/pp/day. Parking is 30neur / day. Safe and secure but expensive. Chairs in rooms need to have rubber or textile feet installed - It was very loud, hearing from the room upstairs every time they pulled the chairs in and out. Easy to fix, this is not what you want to wake up to. Pool staff bored and just not friendly at all. I go to hotels all over the world, I have never seen a hotel where there is someone watching people and telling them off for not showering. It is weird. Staff is way too formal and not very friendly.

A fantastic little hotel with detail to all of the little things. The suite was spotless and the staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. Great facilities in the suite, bed was the best I’ve ever slept in during a hotel visit and the hotel was quiet and peaceful all of the time. The swimming pool was an added bonus, easy to use and worth a visit. We included breakfast which had a great variety of hot and cold items. The staff were lovely and it was worth paying for. All in all a wonderful hotel that I would stay in again if we visit Budapest. Worth paying a little extra for the suite. It was a 20 minute walk to city centre and river and about 30 mins in the opposite direction to the zoo and spa if you like to walk. Good location around the hotel with a spar shop and plenty of bars and places to eat.

There was nothing not to like!

For the fact that this Hotel is in the middle of the city, squeezed in-between buildings it is Wonderful, fabulous looking and for sure made for people with a good taste for they stay. I really enjoyed that we had a little kitchen corner, they have also a proper fridge and as a Chef myself, I could buy products and make some breakfast here - that's 10/10 ladies and gentlemen. And the Bed, omg it is so comfortable that if I could I would pack it in my luggage and bring it back home. My girlfriend and I had a really good sleep, just like at home. Also the shower gel and shampoo from Adrienne Feller is amazing, we used it more than the one in shower itself. The hotel is in amazing location, from walking out the Hotel up to 30min walking distance you will find most tourist attractions - from restaurants, bars to Museums, Castles, Parks and other attractions for your vacation cravings. P.s. - I did pre order a Bouquet of Flowers for my Wonderful Girlfriend. The Hotel Team managed to organise - by my wishes, the most beautiful Flower Bouquet ever, I couldn't have wished for more.

Shower head holder was loose and moving a lot, I did mention it in reception, but it didn't get fixed, but it wasn't a big problem, just annoying when it got more pressure from water and suddenly you get splashed in your face with water or when you close the shower head, it simply fall down what could also damage the shower floor itself. Pool area itself is nice, but the sauna is really tiny and awkward, maybe it's better without one, because not always more is the solution.

Probably the most wonderful hotel we’ve stayed in. The rooms are beautiful and impeccable. The pool area is clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bit short on variety, but had exactly the foods we love. Amazing eggs Benedict.

We liked everything, but just to highlight a few minor things that could be improved. The massage area is small and has no couples room. The massages themselves were good, but not top notch. The elevator is slow, and we were in the part of the hotel that had no direct connection to the spa, so we had to walk past the reception in our swimsuits/bathrobes.

We had an exceptional stay. The room was beautiful, modern, spacious, and fully equipped (slippers, shower kit, iron, ironing board, water, dishes, kitchen — everything was of high quality). The staff is extremely well-qualified, very attentive to guests, highly respectful, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a wonderful stay at their hotel and in their city in general. They gave excellent advice and were even happy to call restaurants to make reservations for us. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs cooked to your liking and a complete buffet. The small courtyard in the center of the hotel is charming and pleasant. The spa is also lovely and inviting. We warmly thank all the staff for their professionalism, hospitality, and warm welcome. We will return, God willing.

Nothing. Everything was good ☺️

The staff were very welcoming. Room is okay. Location is also good and walkable to all touristy areas. Not a crowded hotel which is good, breakfast isn't large but its good.

It says hotel but ideally shouldn't be a hotel, definitely not a 5 Star but its a nice apartment. The hotel has no name you can identify it as. Arrived late night about 3am and the driver arranged by the hotel also found it difficult to locate the entrance as there isn't any sign. Residents in nearby building spilled water from top towards where taxi parked. The room is supposed to be a suite but we got a studio with balcony.

This hotel is really nice. It’s the second time we stayed here, the basic needs are fulfilled as in a 5 star hotel, the size of the suite with a kitchen great, the quality and cleanliness perfect, the breakfast excellent, the non alcoholic drinks, lemonades in different fruit versions were great! The spa with the pool really great! The garden with the seats really cute too. The restaurant Fritzi Papa on Király street, with typical Hungarian home made cuisine is so fabulous!! (5 min walk from the hotel)

The only thing is the location. In itself it is very centrally located, so you can reach everything easily, but you must be aware that on this side street there are many homeless people all day, no beggars, only very poor people, very dirty in really bad conditions. So this can be quite shocking, especially that you chose to live in a luxury hotel… Don’t take me wrong, the situation is said, but you must know it before you make this choice.

The hotel was excellent. The room is essentially a suite with comfortable bedroom, small but very functional kitchen and a large living room which is perfect for a couple and could even be very nice for a couple with two children. The room was very clean and maintained on a daily basis A rich breakfast was served at the hotel restaurant and included a rich buffet as well as option to order extra dishes like pancake and fried eggs. It was too much :) Location is perfect within walking distance of many restaurants and public transport we loved it

The pool and jacuzzi are very nice we thought the water in the jacuzzi could have been warmer

Beautifully and recently restored and redecorated, amazing location, staff went above and beyond, super clean, everything I needed in long suite including kitchen. Got everything extra I asked for.

Lift was broken when leaving so really struggled with luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 3am departure!! Pool was colder than comfortable. No sunbathing area.
