I love how friendly the check In employees were very very helpful. The hotel amenities were amazing the workout and pool was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I love this hotel have a restaurant and bar. Very convenient.

I was very uncomfortable with the morning staff for our breakfast. They came off rude. One lady was saying she was short staffed and became agitated because guest were asking for a spoon to scoop the potatoes. Also I sat somewhere towards to back for privacy. However the staff came and asked me to move right in the middle of me eating my food. I’m uncomfortable eating in open areas and I felt that was very un called for. If they had more of a friendly demeanor and welcoming to guests my experience would have been more better. Hopefully you all can train the breakfast staff and manager to be more welcoming to guests at your hotel.

Nick, Front Desk Manager and his team were delightful ,warm had a great aura ,worked well together . My Great Uncle would stay at this location whenever he came to visit , therefore when I moved This location will be my home.The Breakfast Buffet was Awesome the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and the fruit fresh was tasty best Sausage ever. Nick suggested we have Breakfast on site and said it was good and he was correct. If I had my wish I feel they should all get a Bonus for representing Marriott Well . Oh and the Staff the rarely gets a nod was a small demure Women that cleaned the room and gave us towels could not possibly do anything else for My Mom and I so shout to her as well .

The only problem was no fault the sheets kept coming on undone , shower curtain had toothpaste inside the curtain so the staff would see it unless you were taking a shower .

I have only 1 complaint, there was a light in the hall by the bathroom door that couldn't be turned completely off. I guess it was supposed to be a nightlight. I want it DARK when I sleep, not dimly lit. This thing cast a glow across half of the room..

Traveling so was nice it was so close to the airport. Very comfortable beds. Liked the wrap around windows. Halls were quiet and air conditioner worked good. Liked there was a TV channel guide.

PARKING! The date of my stay was very busy and there were literally no parking spots. Had to park pretty far away. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking with the prices of the rooms. Shower was nice but tub faucet leaked. Not enough wash clothes in room.

Everything was nice and clean. Check in was very professional, very polite and upbeat with lots of smiles.

The toilet paper was not on the role. I actually had to search for part of the toilet paper roll. They forgot to put more towels in there then when I went down to let them know, they said they had plenty and we could pick them up after dinner. When we return to get the towels we could only get towels and they didn’t have any wash rags. Dinner was fabulous but unfortunately the service was slow.

Bathrooms (ESPECIALLY, the bathtub) could be MUCH cleaner! Tub, toilet, walls, baseboards, not clean and would prevent another stay. Other than the restroom, I would gladly stay there again.

My credit card was charged at 3:25 am amd I had been asleep since 11pm and my Cc company denied the charges and put them as fraudulent as they should have. I believe it was a charge from your hotel. I didn’t like that because my CC was then cancelled and I had to wait 7 days to get a new one.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the airport and a shuttle service is offered by the Marriot. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s very modern, stylish furniture in lobby and rooms, nice glass details.

The staff, my goodness not one person there looked like they enjoyed working there. No one smiled. We would walk up and ask a question I felt as though I was bothering based on the annoyed expressions. No one was eager to assist us, not one person said please or thank you. Everyone who worked there was made of stone. Cold and expressionless.

Dinner in the lobby restaurant was nice, I had a perfect cheese burger, sweet potato fries thin sliced and a wedge salad. The shuttle to the airport runs 24/7, every 20 minutes. I had an early flight and was door to door from the hotel in 2 minutes. Close to rental car lots so really perfect hotel if you are in STL. Great visit!

I stayed here because of an unexpected flight delay. I had to get out the next morning at 4am. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day every 20 minutes. The drivers are really nice. The hotel itself was clean and the pool and garden area with corn hole games was well kept. The coffee shop was open at 3am!
