Friendliest staff I've encountered in Poland; they made me feel really welcomed. The location is superb! I could see the town hall tower only a few hundred feet from my window, and I could hear its carillon chiming tunefully every hour. I even got a small upgrade to my room at no extra cost.

Not a single thing. It was a perfect stay!

Great location. Only issue was that a homeless person managed to get into the hotel and slept in the hallways. You should really make sure that is not possible.

The room was spacious, in a central location and was cleaned daily. I also loved that the hotel has thought of including every little detail from the mini fridge to the LED mirror in the bathroom.

I was in room 102 and you could hear doors opening and closing from the neighbouring rooms. This woke me up multiple times in the middle of the night as it sounded like someone was trying to get into the room. I was also unable to sleep until past 01:00 on Thursday night as it was extremely noisy at night from the bar right outside the window. Nonetheless, the hotel is lovely and in an amazing location hence the noise disruptions.

This was our first trip to Gdansk, and communication with the hotel prior to arrival was very good. I requested a quiet room, if possible, as the hotel is located in the old town which is very busy. The room we got was on the third floor over looking the Basilica, and it was very quiet, even though we were beside the main street. The room itself was great. Plenty of storage, fridge, tea and coffee (we were given a jug of fresh milk which we kept in the fridge), and bottles of still and sparkling water provided daily. The bathroom was modern and well equipped, and the room was very clean (cleaned daily). The bed was very large and comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, and easy to talk to. We didn't try breakfast in the restaurant as we prefer a light breakfast and a good lunch. There are plenty of places nearby for both. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and the location is fantastic. We had no issues with anything, it was a great stay, and when we return to Gdansk we will definitely stay here again.

Size of room (note there are small and normal ones the small are cheaper ! So when people moan , they've paid less for a small room) . Storage space excellent loads of room for cases. Lovely TV and sound goes through to bathroom. Bathroom large with heated floor and spotless Had loads of space for your wash bag etc and to put shampoo etc when you're showering . The provided soap and gel smells lovely. Bed comfy , clean linen and changed regularly . Lovely view from our room of town hall tower . Location is perfect, easily walkable to everywhere but also on a road taxis can stop ..fridge in room and free bottle of fizzy and still water each day

Literally can't find fault

Location is perfect right in the center of Old Town Gdansk. A modern hotel in a older style Gdansk building. Room was good size. Layout of the room was great that made it comfortable to stay in. It also had all the necessary appliances such as safe, kettle, TV, hair drier, and amenity kits. Shower did not leak (leaky showers seem to be a common problem in many other hotels I stayed so a big plus to StayInn). Breakfast was good with nice choice and selection of polish foods. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Even though our room window looked into inner courtyard, with open window it was loud outside till 1:00AM due to the restaurant/bar that hotel has. But closing the window solves the noise issue, so not really an issue for us.

I wish I could have stayed longer because everything was great. The location was just perfect, right in the city center, a minute from the Neptun fountain. The room was spacious, clean, with all the equipment needed. The bathroom was large too, with a nice shower. The beds were fantastic, I slept like a baby. Check-out at noon was very much appreciated, as well as the elevator. The hotel staff was polite, helpful and very reactive when contacted on the Booking chat. I will absolutely stay there again if I come back to Gdansk.

The only downside is that the checkout time is indicated nowhere on Booking or on the hotel's website, we had to ask someone at the bar. Also, since the hotel is right next to the cathedral, you can hear the bells very early in the morning but the isolation was really good because it did not prevent me from falling back asleep.

I asked for quiet room facing inner yard and I got it (310). Very good soundproofing on windows. Propably the best brekkie in town (67zl). A very good and safe location in the middle of everything. Very nice starting-point to you holiday with 24/7 reception. Very easy to find because it's next to Saint Mary's church.

A band is playing at restaurant on tuesday and saturday. I was lucky to travel on sunday to tuesday, so no comments. Heating is blocked from air-con during summer months, limited adjustment of temperature. The toilet water-tap (cold water) was broken, dripping only but it can be fixed (I just did'nt bother). Polish dubbed channels in telly, most travellers have their Netflix-code, so smart-tv (with instructions) would be nice. There is a terrace at inner yard too, so if you try to avoid street-noise and sleep, it might not be possible.

1. Fantastic location- opposite to Bazylika Mariacka, 5 mins walk from Neptune statue, 10 mins walk to Bazylika św. Brygidy; 2. Amenities- tv, ac/heating, hangers, lamps, desk, tea and coffee, bottle opener, still and sparkling water in reusable, glass bottles, hair dryer in the bathroom, shampoo, soap, conditioner, cotton buds, clean towels; 3. Restaurant- planty of space; very clean; I haven’t tried the breakfast offer but I’ve eaten pizzas which were delicious; coffee to die for (I’ve never tried such a great coffee in any of the hotels I’ve stayed before); 4. Cleannesses- VERY CLEAN!!! Nice smell, rooms cleaned every day 5. Big shout out to WERONIKA from reception- always smiling, very polite and professional, seems like nothing was too much for her, welcoming and she dealt with our booking in no time. Thank you 6. Well what a great hotel. I was very very impressed with my stay here. Attentive friendly staff. Room was clean and the view of the cathedral was simply stunning. Food in the resteraunt was simply excellent, that chef needs a raise. The staff look like they actually want to be there. Only thing i will say is could do with soundproofing better, could hear the noise of the streets and church bells quite loud. But thats the charm of the old town i suppose. But for a light sleeper (which im not) it may be an issue.
