Historic building. Staff we spoke to were pleasant & helpful. Quite laidback put me at ease easily. Younger family members were initially wary using communal facilities as never had hotel room stay experience before . However more relaxed next day when able to look around & get a better understanding that hotel stay while relaxed, was very secure in the private room areas where we were.

I guess not being shown where amenities in the area where our rooms were & dining area were when we checked in. Partly my fault as well though, for not making this concern known to ensure our young family members felt a little less apprehensive when in the room on their own.

I did not know we could get breakfast, I liked the well appointed rooms, the mirror, the bar fridge, the tea and coffee facilities, next time I know that I only need to book the family room. The TV AND its remote worked and worked well. The live music was great and the menu looked great although this time we did not get to partake. Something to look forward to next time . The air con and the beds were also great and very comfortable.

There was a n assistance dog which I don't mind however it did poop in the hallway a few times. The owner did attempt o clean this up bit it was a bit annoying. Bed side lamps and tables on both sides of the beds.

It was better than I expected for the price that I paid. I liked the comfortable bed and enjoyed the water kettle, instant coffee and tea (very good tea!) in the room. There is a fridge also, that’s cool. The room was clean and quiet. I could comfortably work every morning at a large desk. Wi-Fi was easy to access and worked perfectly. (There is a big tv as well but I didn’t tried it) And the entrance to access the room is separated from the bar or gaming area. Access is direct on the street which is great. All good for me!

I've stayed at Guildford Hotel multiple times whenever I travel to Sydney, and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which adds a personal touch to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient—right near the train station, with restaurants and grocery stores within easy reach. The clean and well-maintained rooms make it a comfortable choice every time. Highly recommended for frequent travelers like me!

Loved everything about this hotel.Bed so comfy and bathroom always clean.Clean towels provided everyday.Bed so comfy.Heatpump so good. Loved the area.close to everything. Train shops everything.

The tv .Need to have a smart tv to join from our phones .Other than that was awesome.Also I would suggest a full length mirror on the wall in the room would also be excellent.

Convenient location.. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Oliver.

Lounge was a little dilapidated and uncomfortable. Refrigerator froze everything in it.. Could not locate the thermostat control knob.

Very good location for families as there are so many Halal foods and cafes downstairs and there is Ample Free Parking for the guest, it's very safe and clean hotel to stay as we stayed in Apartment

Stayed in the Apartment and also a double room. Awesome place, great parking and a good spot to explore the western Sydney, Olympic park area. Staff are amazing and very friendly. Highly recommend The staff were amazing, rooms clean and used it as a base to attend concerts at Olympic Park and Urbn Surf. All within a 20min drive.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great right across from the train station. Parking was also great and very secure felt safe leaving our car there the whole weekend.

Room wasn't as clean as it should be..there were blood stains on the blanket. Mirror in the cupboard was filthy and there was hair and dust in the bottom of the cupboard and next to the fridge. For 2 of us they only supplied 1 bath mat and also only 1 lot of shampoo and conditioner. There was also no soap in the bathroom for hand washing so we had to take soap from our room every time we need to wash our hands. Also it shower would benefit from having a small shelf installed to put soup on as there was no where to put it whilst in the shower.

location is great, few minutes walk from guildford station so easy to get over to parramatta where i work. several toilets upstairs also so no waiting for others to finish using the bathroom. comfy bed, massive tv, room fridge and kettle.

some loud yelling upstairs at times, rooms arent at all soundproofed.
