The motel was easy to access, easy to book and staff communicated well with relevant information. I was able to park at my door, everything was ready and clean, the TV was impressive, the wifi was helpful, basic tea and coffee on hand.

It was quite OK to stay there for a one-night stop while I had business in town. The cost was attractive. However, the fittings are a little tired, so if I was looking for somewhere to relax and do sight seeing etc, I would choose somewhere that had been renovated.

Neat and tidy. Location suited my needs.

Had issue with entry card fortunately office was still open and issue rectified. Next day card would not work again and had to ring to get assistance. Informed another card was left for me without notifying me. I would suggest the cards are tested that they work before being left. An after hours arrival could be a real inconvenience for both parties. Also when changing cards, notification of situation should be forthcoming to avoid inconvenience to both parties.

Belltower is on the main road in Shepparton and was easy to find. It was surprisingly quiet which was very welcome, had everything I needed and was able to accommodate my assistance dog. There is a fenced pool for hot weather and a grassed kid's play area away from traffic. Across the road is a river walk and nearby art gallery which I visited and enjoyed.

Nothing really, it was all good for what I needed after a long drive. If I was being picky, I'd say an update to the decor would be an enhancement.

The size of the room was great and the location was ideal for what I had planned for the weekend. It was also quiet at night which made it easier to sleep. All the facilities were there that i required.

Reception not open and actually did not see any staff at all for the entire time i was there. With so many people staying at the residence I thought someone may have been there to greet you and make sure you had everything you needed, as well as pointing out places to eat etc.

Location is excellent. Room is clean.

The only fault is there was no Hair Dryer!!! But i was provided with one when i asked.... And is was very hard to contact staff after hours (meaning i tried calling after 5:30 before 6pm... But other than that, i would definitely stay and refer family and friends to stay.

On the main road, close to the Art Gallery, Lake Victoria recreation area and shops. Good layout and everything very clean. Very reasonably priced.

Staff were not onsite often; queries handled via telephone. Kitchenette area and ensuite very outdated.

Very spacious in the living area. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a great nights sleep. Parking outside the door was convenient.

The television wasn't very big and the bathroom was compact, just the toilet and shower. However the sink was separate.

Excellent communication ahead of my stay. The room was clean with great wifi and location was good. Superb value for money. The bed was very comfortable, which lead to one of my better night's sleep while staying in Shepparton!

Stayed over for one night. Traveling for pleasure not work. Quiet location, cars off the road and out of sight, felt safe. Bed was ultra comfortable, heater worked well (thank goodness cause weather was cold) Room was clean, well equip and comfortable. Staff at front desk friendly with a big smile! Would recommend this property for a stay over.
