This was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had on Booking.com. The host was incredibly kind and provided us with many interesting insights about the history of the city and the apartment itself. The place is decorated with love and perfectly reflects the baroque heritage of the town. It also offers one of the most breathtaking panoramic views I have ever seen. Having breakfast on the terrace feels like floating above a magical city. You simply must visit this place — and make sure to spend at least two days here to truly experience its charm.

So far one of the best staying experience in 2025. Rosaria, she's such a great host and incredibly helpful person. I booked the bigger apartment with 2 bedroom, one twin the other one double bed... Also there is a big sharing living room and kitchen. Rooms are fantastic, view as well. You feel the barok style in the every corner of the apartment.

Yes like all Modica, you should climb some stairs. It's not a big issue after you see the view from your window,..

Best view on St.Pietro Duomo from the balcony. Room in the patrician house with well appointed kitchen, beautiful dining room and balcony with A Vuew.Very clean. Absolutely adorable Maria took care of everything, even sent her daughter and son in law to pick us up at the bus station. . Free bottle of water, cookies, tea& coffee. Reliable wifi. And near by chocolate shop. Excellent location to all atractions in Modica. The best b&b in Modica. 5 stars ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Two nights were too short. Next time we eill stay at keast 4-5 days.

It was extremely clean, like everything was super clean. It was old and charming and had a spectacular view of San Pietro Church from my balcony. It was quite spacious. The internet worked very well. Right in the middle of Corso Umberto so close proximity to everything.

It was quite a climb up to the property. I lost track how many steps there were but it was a lot! Fortunately I am in decent shape and was ok but I was tired once I got to the top!

Probably the best place we have stayed out of all places we visited over the years. The ambience is so magical it takes you back in time. The view from the room is really the best looking directly to the church. The refurbishment was done with respect to the original place and the furniture l, linen, decoration are very authentic. Everything was spotless clean and the breakfast rich and tastefull. Also special attribute to the host who helped us get back our forgotten jackets. We would go back to Sicily only to stay again at Dimora Birulla.

Like living in a mini palace! Every fixture and piece of furniture of the highest quality. Everything you could want re coffee maker, kettle, fridge etc. and then of course - the view!!

The fabulous view high over Modica did mean an awful lot of stairs up and down to the town. Keeps you fit!!

This is a splendid appartment located in the heart of Baroque Modica with stunning views. It is large and has some wonderful antique furniture and fittings. We could easily have stayed much longer.

Nothing; everything was perfect.

The fin de siècle interior has been exquisitely renovated with a fine attention to detail. You really feel special and privileged to be in this B&B. It has all you need. Breakfast is superb and served to your taste with plenty of choices. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, especially Eleanna (hope the spelling is ok) who made sure that everything was just right.

Rosaria‘s flat was amazing! It was clean, central and the views were magnificent. She was also very kind and helpful to us. Absolutely recommendable! :)

This apartment took our breath away once we saw the rooms and the view from the balcony. Rosaria was a very nice host, very helpful with the car parking and city spot advices. The rooms are well equipped, with AC and shaders to make 100% dark for sleep. The breakfast was beautiful and freshly prepared.
