Beautiful, no-frills but cosy apartment that we strongly recommend. We spent six lovely days in Xmas and we enjoyed it a lot: the views are great, heating system works perfectly and it's just minutes away from all city highlights (baths, restaurant, Xmas market, art gallery...). We loved it! We also value that there are supermarkets, a bakery etc nearby.

The pillows should be replaced: the padding is way to loose. The mattress could be a bit better, too P s: Some people complained about the steps to reach the house, but unless the guests have any kind of walking problem, it's perfectly ok.

Location and the general atmosphere of the place, gave our trip to Baden-Baden an additional 'artistic' dimension. The proximity to the city center and bus stops (Augustaplatz) was great, the views and the local environment - small gardens and a distinct country feel an additional bonus.

Based on the ambition of the owners to provide an 'authentic' environment nothing stood out, maybe a little bit more cutlery in the kitchen and some essentials such as salt etc would be nice, the bed could be better/wider.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a range facilities for a comfortable stay. The hosts are attentive and keen to ensure that you settle in well. We particularly liked the balcony which offers nice views. The bathroom is a good size and separate from the WC and reached via the living area, which hosts the second bed. It's located in a quiet area of Baden-Baden and about a 10 minute walk into town. There's a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and various restaurants and shops nearby.

Be aware that there are a number of steps to access the property and parking can be difficult at the bottom flight.

Location was great! I do want to note to other guests that there are many stairs that must be taken to get to the apartment. The host was very nice and provided recommendations. Also, there is no air conditioning but a comfortable place to stay for the value of money!

Apartment as described, quiet and comfortable, very nice host, very engaged to accommodate our needs. Central location, everything in reach within a few minutes walking. Not overpriced like many other options we saw.

It was no problem for me, but for travelers with heavy luggage, be aware that you access the property via various stairs from the street

Communication with Nadja was very easy, she met me on arrival, made sure I had everything I needed and provided advice on the local area, also helping me out when I needed somewhere to leave my stuff on my last day. The place itself is only five minutes from the centre of town and all the attractions, but in a very quiet neighbourhood. The balcony is great for breakfast and relaxing in the evening, and overall the apartment had everything I needed. Baden-baden is a lovely town to explore, and I would recommend the panorama walk to anyone wanting to see the forest and do some hiking over a few days. I had a really nice, relaxing stay.

I couldn't fault anything

This is such a cute little apartment! We spent 3 nights over Christmas and the cosy space worked well for three people. The heating keeps the rooms toasty warm. There is a little balcony with a view across the city and it's great for listening to the church bells. The apartment has quirky old world charm with uneven floors, handheld shower and kitchenette in a cupboard, but these are a memorable part of the experience and we would highly recommend staying! It's a short walk from the Christmas markets and city centre. Really comfy beds.

Cozy appartment in authentic local style and just a few stairs aways from the city centrum. We enjoyed the stunning views and sunset from the little balcony. Very kind and friendly owner who offered us tips for a short vacation.

Lovely and very helpful host. Very accommodating to your needs, happy to help and knowledgable about the area. Superb location of the flat, close to everything.

Excellent location. Lovely, but small, balcony with great view.

The kitchen was short of basic utensils but when we asked the host for eg some extra glasses she provided them. It is a steep climb, up or down, to the building.
