Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Someone met us at the docks when we arrived on the island and carried our bags for us, it was a nice touch and start to our stay.

There was a lot of construction taking place on the property that began quite early in the morning and was very loud, also the street music went on very late and was also very loud. So we were kept awake late at night with the music and woken every morning with drilling from construction work. I would’ve liked to have been informed about the construction work before my stay.

I arrived with low expectations due to some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has an excellent location if your goal is to stay close to the island’s main hotspots — including nightlife, the pier, and restaurants. The overall vibe is young and fun, with a clear vacation energy in the air. Definitely not a place for families. Yes, the hotel is close to the party scene, so you can hear loud music from your room until around 1 a.m. — but honestly, it wasn’t a big issue for me (even though I’m not a party animal). The best part? The pool and breakfast buffet, hands down. I stayed nearly a week and the buffet was different every day, which I really appreciated. The staff were also super helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Noon at reception and Sirini (if I’m not mistaken) who was in charge of the breakfast area — both of them were always friendly and willing to help during my six-day stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it.

The only area that could improve is housekeeping. Sometimes, even when I left the “Please clean” sign on my door, they wouldn’t do it unless I spoke to them directly before heading out. But whenever I did, the room was spotless. Heads up — you might spot a few insects in the room now and then, but hey, it’s an island! Nothing major.

The location is great, in the middle of the craziness of the tourist area and the lively bars but amazingly has an oasis feel as it’s completely noise free. Our room was decent, clean and on the ground floor facing the pool. The pool is large with sun loungers, but you have to get there early if you want to sunbathe as the loungers were always busy. We had a nice balcony though where we were able to dry our swimwear. The breakfast was decent and the hotel staff were friendly. It’s a 10 min walk from the pier, you might think it’s a lot but after a night in Phi phi you’ll realise it’s not that bad at all.

The room was prone to trap mosquitos which were a nuisance at night. The aircon had to be on all the time to keep them at bay. Our room was next to the facilities corridor which meant that the staff were walking up and down 24 hours a day as they did their chores. You wouldn’t notice them unless you were on the balcony and they were always smiling and would say hello.

3rd time staying here and would not stay anywhere else when visiting Phi Phi - First time with breakfast included and out of the 4 of us only the little one really had breakfast and she was very satisfied with the cereal and toast - for adults nice buffet and chef making fresh scrambled eggs and omelette. Nice swimming pool and so close to everything but because it's set back from the main strip we had no excessive noise.

Great location no noise considering it is so central.

The location is ideal for staying in Phi Phi. It is a 2 min walk to the beach and very close to all of the amenities around including the ferry pier. The pool was clean and had sufficient space for many to sit around. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options including sweet and savoury. The staff were very helpful and even carried our luggage to our room for us. It had a relaxing atmosphere. We booked it last minute and were very glad that we did.

Great location and comfortable beds. Rooms were nice, good price for what you get.

One of the reception girls is incredibly rude. She put us in a different room than what we booked, and tried to say it was my fault even after showing our booking confirmation. Sorted out eventually but she was very short tempered and snappy.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It is within walking distance of all the main attractions and it isn’t too loud at night. I was nervous booking here as a result of some of the reviews but we found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the room to be sufficiently clean. The pool area is very nice in this hotel also.

The rooms could do with a little updating/modernising.

The staff welcome you at the pier and bring your bags to the hotel in a trolley so look out for a person with a sign saying Coco Bella hotel when you get off the boat. Location is central and beds were comfortable. The room was clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was included and there was a good selection each day

The pool is a bit more run down that it looks in the photos.

I've been to Koh PP a lot but first time staying here. I liked the hotel. Nice staff. Nice pool. Lovely big room with comfy bed etc. Breakfast was good. Good coffee. Egg station. Nice Thai food and fruit. Location is perfect. 100m from the main beach. Very close the restaurants etc. Far enough away from the beach that you don't hear the club music. This is good because the bars on the main beach don't close till 3am.

Nothing really. There's no gym - but I knew that.
