Excellent location, near to fantastic restaurants and walking distance from the swimming beach at Forte Vigliena. Lots of space to chill out indoors. Really lovely host.

The water pressure in the shower was quite poor. It would have been nice to have some more household basics provided, such as coffee, milk and laundry soap.

Parking you have to go to paid one and it is almost impossible to park anyway, if you have luggage it is not a pleasant walk

The property is even better than the pictures. Beautifully designed and finished.

Could use a kettle. It was noisy with builders outside early morning but that isn't the fault of the owners

No free parking (15€/per day, 10 minutes away) no breakfast, the kitchen was not equipped (no salt, sugar, coffee etc), no view but the room/loft was a sight to see itself.

Great location. Very easy to liaise with the owner to collect the keys. Nice and big space.

Inside very beautiful and nicely furnished with thoughtful details.

It is on the ground floor and the windows cannot be fully opened and you cannot see through the windows which gives a little claustrophobic feeling.

Casa Teia is conveniently situated in the heart of Ortigia, featuring a nicely designed interior with stylish touches. Contrary to previous claims, there is no free parking available, but Garage Ortigia is just 200 meters away and charges 20 euro per day. Our host, Linda, was very helpful, offering restaurant recommendations and other useful tips

The entire apartment is permeated with humidity, which became very noticeable during our 6-night stay The living room is below street level and has a small, partially openable window (as shown in the pictures), offering neither sunlight nor ventilation. Similarly, the bedroom window is also only partially openable Furthermore, the cleanliness was subpar, and we had to take care of it ourselves I would not recommend staying longer than one or two nights
