The apartment was very spacious and impeccably clean, with everything I needed for a few days' stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The property is within a short walk from the city center, although you'll need to cross a busy street on your way there.

Soundproofing was the only notable issue, in particular I could hear footsteps from the apartment upstairs. The tub in the bathroom is really tall and a bit tough to get into (and I'm not the shortest person). It took me some time to figure out how to operate the balcony door, and it wasn't very straightforward - wish there were instructions inside the apartment for that.

We stayed at MyApartments for a total of 23 days during three separate stays over an eleven week period. We chose MyApartments for its excellent location, which is very close to Tallinn's Old Town and major transport hubs. It's also very close to shops and restaurants. Our studio apartment had all the facilities we needed with the bonus of a washing machine in the kitchenette. We found the staff to be very helpful and obliging.

The only slight negative, the few stairs to negotiate before reaching the elevator. This was only a factor when checking in with luggage or carrying heavy shopping.

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, very bright, the balcony is perfect to relax after a day strolling in the old city. The apartment is same as the photo, and there is a lift, it makes us much easier for our baggage. We like the setting of the apartment, very cost and practical, and also the kitchen, there are all you need to cook in the kitchen, and a washing machine also, you can buy a washing capsule at the reception at €1 The location of the spa is perfect, couples minutes walk to the old city, there is a big shopping center with a big supermarket just 3 minutes walk at the end of the street. Not like other individual apartment, there is a reception opens 11:00-17:00, which she will help you if you need something. It is the best apartment we’ve ever stayed, very good value, a home away home, I have no hesitation to recommend it if you visit Tallin.

There are only holiday apts in the building so no nosy neighbours. Very modern, professionally run establishment with a daytime reception, slighty hotel-like. My apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped and included a large balcony. Parking at the backyard for 9 euros / night. Walking distance to restaurants and sights.

The only minus for me was the huge bathtub in the bathroom: the only way to take a shower is to climb over the high side into the tub. In my opinion an inconvenient and old-fashioned setup, and certainly not suitable for anyone for limited mobility.

Clean place. Staff came in and removed garbage daily and changed towels every other day. Someone at the front desk daily for check-in, check out and issues. Lots of shelving and space to put your stuff. Comfortable bed; although a top sheet would be nice (the duvet was too hot). Location is a 15 minute walk to historic center, 5 minute walk to shopping mall with a large grocery store and 5 minute walk to bus stops. No air conditioning, just a fan, but it was cool weather the week I was there. No fault of the establishment, but the upstairs people were extremely noisy every morning from 7 to 9 - it sounded like a lot of people running around, jumping and dragging furniture. I did mention it and the staff said they would speak to the upstairs people and it mildly subsided.

The worst part was the 8 stairs in the entranceway before you got to the elevator; this was not mentioned in the description. This was very difficult with luggage and a torn foot ligament.

Location is very good - short walking distance to city center and old town. There are also bus and tram stops nearby to go further away. Lots of options to go out for food and also supermarket is not far. Check-in and out was easy and quick. Apartment was spacious with lots of light. It was clean and overall impression was good.

Biggest dissappointment for me was no parking space, even though it was advertised. I looked for accomodations with parking as it was important for me, but unfortunately when I was already on my way and asked about parking they said that parking lot is fully reserved. Well, I didn't manage to read out anywhere that I would have to reserv a space for myself... Therefore, I had to park nearby private parking lot, which cost me extra 12 euros for 24h. Learn from my mistake and mention parking already when doing your reservations! Also, the receptionist wasn't the most pleasant person...

Really nice large room at a great price. Loved the sofa, which made it easy to hang out with a friend during the day. Loved the fridge, and very warm bathroom - heated floor, heated towel rail and very deep bath. Bed was comfy, as was the cot provided for my toddler. Plates and towels were provided. The reception staff were nice. The location was very good, the walk to the old town felt very short and good transport. Also next to several mini supermarkets and good coffee shops.

One of the windows had a blind rather than curtains - this meant that it let in a lot of light from the streetlamps and the room was never dark. You also had to climb a small flight of stairs before you reached the lift. I think this is quite typical of Estonia generally, so not the fault of the hotel, but made it difficult for us with our buggy and large suitcase.

Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room. Comfortable bed. The apartment was very well located - and easy walk to a supermarket, restaurants and shops. It was located close to Old Town and in a quiet area.

The central heating was a bit too hot. Even though it was very cold outside it did not need to be as high as it was, and it was not easy to turn it down. Reception was only available for a few hours per day so not accessible at times when you might need them. There was no toaster in the kitchen.

Everything. Good instructions to check in. Everything was clean, spacious and in good condition. Very quiet and although the balcony had no view and was overlooked, the building opposite was the local music Conservatoire! Easy walk to the port, old town and an excellent supermarket (Delice) in the basement of the shopping centre opposite the Opera House at the end of the road.

The biggest and only problem was no shower and only a bath which I couldn't use because the side of it was over 3ft high and I couldn't risk trying to get out of it whilst wet and slipping. If it wasn't for that this would have been perfection.

They replied to my messages before even booking this place and made sure that there is a parking spot for us behind the building. They replied fast to every question. We received instruction to email the day before arrival and check in was easy to do. Everything worked well. - room was spacious with kitchenette, with bar table/chairs - there were X-mas ornaments which was nice (stayed in December) and note from the staff with numbers/instructions etc. - bathroom with bathtube was awesome, also floor heating worked well, minishampoo/soap etc. - sofabed and tv - big double bed was comfy - elevator - gated parking in the backyard - there is grocery about 5 min away, cafe right next to with some snacks too - Old Town is few minutes away - staff is in the lobby daily and you can pay parking there with card too

- One way street - Parking place is small and need to message them before booking that there is a place for your car. For smaller cars and motorcyckles it is perfect.
