Great View. Pet friendly. Great Location. Facilities were above average. The restaurant on site was good.

Hallways were a little worn and dirty. One elevator was not working.

I like where it was located and everything was nice clean. The staff is very friendly.

A little low parking spots, the restaurant was not versatile. It only served one particular thing and people didn’t want just pizza you’ve had more variety of choices understand the restaurants around a hotel but for those of us like myself who don’t always like to leave the hotel would I had a more choice of going to the restaurant and bar right there and ordering a choice of different foods. Also your first floor which was said some handicap rooms, but not everything in the room was handicap accessible like getting in the shower. You’ve a bath tub instead and not a full shower would’ve been better. It’s hard getting the bad leg over the bathtub and getting in and out.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and great location with an easy check in experience. There is a pizza restaurant, Zzas, in the hotel for those lazy days where you want to grab a bite to eat without going anywhere.

Booking.com failed to tell us that the hotel charged for parking. Booking.com mentioned that the hotel provided parking, which was one of the reasons I booked. However, I did not learn about parking fees until check out. Parking was $20/day and I stayed for five nights. Upon checkout I had an unexpected $100 incidental fee. No one wants to have an additional $100 added to their bill. I will not be using booking.com again as I felt that was unnecessarily surreptitious.

Liked the location, being oceanfront, nice parking. Overall we like it there very much.

We was very disappointed when we got to hotel and we was told that we couldn't get the room (king bed) after you had sent us a email stating we did and had paid in advance for it. And we had to pay the same price for a queen bed. They because went though booking.com you are not garented a room at all. So we will not be using that service again. We also received an email saying our room reservation was all set.

The room was clean and comfortable. Even had the hygiene needed all but toothpaste and tooth brush and the items was upper class shampoos n body wash handwash even lotion was very nice . Beds are comfy n the front desk staff was amazing at helping with anything needed .

The kitchen staff most are very rude , they act as in they want you in and out . They watch your every move like hurry and get out . The food itself was cooked enough to be eatable and don’t dare to add anything to your waffle the one staff will act as everyone that comes through did wrong and ruined her day .

restaurant/ bar- The bartender was rude and closed the restaurant 20 min early. If the restaurant states it stays open until 11 pm, then you should honor that.

The location is fantastic. You can park your car and not use it until it's time to check out. It was amazing seeing the sunrise from the ocean front balcony. There are restaurants and shopping close by. The boardwalk and beach right outside the door. The pizza is really good at the hotel. Kim at the front desk was so helpful and friendly.

Paying $20/day for parking. It used to be free for guests.

I liked that we were right on the beach with a sliding glass door to go outside. I really liked their pet policy and that we could go into the restaurant with our dog. We had an incident with our dog when we where bringing our luggage in. They came and took care of it right away. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed staying there.

I liked everything. I do have a couple suggestions though. Putting towel bars in the bathroom would be a nice addition along with replacing the locks on the sliding glass doors that allow you to unlock them from the outside. Also, adding a hand held shower to give dogs a bath. They are convenient for people too.

Very clean room, nice modern lobby, friendly receptionist. Super location. Amazing view from the window.

Breakfast was super standart. Would be nice to have some fresh fruits, some veggies, some cheeses. The dark roasted coffee was over already ar 9:30. I tried another one and it was lightly brown color, so I had to make myself a tea. And the woman, who was working in the kitchen was on her phone all the time talking in a load voice, so I had to listen to her conversation instead of enjoying ocean view with my own thoughts.

We've stayed at this location 3x's & all 3 were amazing. We had 2 minor issues & both were taken care of by your engineers in less than 30min & the person was very friendly & courteous.

The Bartender @ Zazz's, was less than friendly. We were going to order food Tues for a late lunch, but because of his attitude...we.did not. This has no reflection on you as they are considered a 3rd party.
